Best workout in a long time

Alright, so Im cutting right now and I dont know what it was yesterday but I had a sick ass workout on bi's and tri's


My PEAK lifts were starting off alternating between sitting dumbbell pullovers and standing ez bar bicep curls 4 sets each w/ no rest in between.. ended up at 95 lb dumbbells 12x and 80 lb ez bar 12x.

Next was alternating skull crushers and concentration curls w/ no rest in between, 3 sets each. Concentration curls ehh 45 lbs. each arm 12-10-10 but hey more than I usually do. Skullcrushers got 80 lb ez bar 12x though :)

Next up was alternating sets w/ cable tricep pulldowns and cable rope curls, 4 sets each no rest in between. Peaked at 70 lbs. 12x on bi's and 140 12x on tri's

My diet has been pretty legit lately, good carb timing, high lean protein levels
and rock solid supplement regimen. This workout was something unhuman though, I felt so damn alpha.. like I wanted to deck every dude I saw in the face who looked at me!! anyways just thought I'd share the love of lifting and adrenaline pumping workouts
