best weight gainer protein ever?

I'm currently taking cytogainer with breakfast and after my workout with glutamine and glycomaize. Thinking of switching. Anything better?
 
My favorite is Real Gains by Universal. Great list of ingredients and the taste is phenomenal with strawberry and chocolate. My second favorite is Monster Mass by Cytogainer. I have a love boner for the cookies and cream.
 
Mhps Up your mass is the cleanest besides makin your own. And yes this is a fact all other weight gainers contain Maltodextrin, or glucospolymers, which is also MD with a new fancy unknown name.

i took the bsn stuff when i first started out...gained 15 good lbs..lost it all when i stopped taking it. be sure to recalculate your BMR when you gain so you know how to maintain
 
I prefer to blend my own. You can change the flavour and ingredients at will.

To the OP...

The best weight gainer is the one you make yourself because you have complete control over what is in it and what the flavor is. To be honest, I do not see the point in buying weight gainers. Just buy some whey protein and create your own weight gainer from there.

But it list Soy protein as its first protein source in ingredients and doesnt even contain whey isolate... not good, good carbohydrate blend though

isomass xtreme gainer by ultimate. Just look at its specs and you'll see how fukking awesome it is. It's high in multi, 7g of creatine, 6.5g of omega, and...the sh!t is AMAZING!!!!!


P.S. as you could of guess from its names its all isolated protein so again good sh!t.

I'm currently taking Stealth from VPX. I'll let you know how it goes, after I finish both tubs.

Beat me to it! Stealth, although expensive when you factor per-serving prices, is a very powerful and well designed anabolic-support supplement. I have been using it for a couple years and can say no other powder has come close.
 
The best way is to make your own like the others have stated. You know exactly what you are getting and you decide on the protein, fat, and carb sources. One suggestion to someone making their own is the use of calorie countdown low carb choclate milk. High protein, low carbs, and taste great.

Did you notice that each serving is 334g? thats 0.75lb of just powder. Add water or milk, and you'll be looking at 1 to 2lbs serving. There are 8 servings per 6lbs tub.

If you can drink 1 serving a day in addition to your normal meals, then you will gain weight. If you end up replacing your meals with this, then you will be where you are if not taking a step back.

whatever else I feel like at the time, PB, Honey, Oats, Cocoa, mix of all whatever

Drink that twice a day plus your normal meals.

Sounds fantastic.

I prefer something simple that goes down quick. Right now drinking 365 organic brand (from whole foods) chocolate whey protein supplemented with BCAAs and vitamins (lots of potassium)

I recommend Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide 2.0

It's relatively low in carbohydrate compared to other weight gainers but this is not necessarily a bad thing in my opinion.
 
As far as replacing meals with a weight gainer I don't do that. Buuuut I eat a minimum or 4000 cals a day and I use the weight gainer to help me reach it. Good idea?

Same here. When i was trying to gain i looked into all the weight gainers and instead of taking two of those big a$$ scoops of powder and makin a thick nasty shake, I just got some whey and added uncooked oatmeal and milk (mixed with one of those hand held blenders) three times a day with 3 meals. Done and Done.
