I prefer to blend my own. You can change the flavour and ingredients at will.
Mhps Up your mass is the cleanest besides makin your own. And yes this is a fact all other weight gainers contain Maltodextrin, or glucospolymers, which is also MD with a new fancy unknown name.

I dont believe so, but i will check the jug when i pick another up, i just ran out.But it list Soy protein as its first protein source in ingredients and doesnt even contain whey isolate... not good, good carbohydrate blend though

Ended up ordering a big bag of serious mass by optimum nutrition. 1250 cals per serving. I haven't seen anything that high per serving

To the OP...
The best weight gainer is the one you make yourself because you have complete control over what is in it and what the flavor is. To be honest, I do not see the point in buying weight gainers. Just buy some whey protein and create your own weight gainer from there.
