While I support eating more food, there is a place for weight gainers. In my experience though weight gainers tend to put more weight on your middle. A high calorie deit mixed with heavy weights is the best thing in my opinion to gain weight. If you do use a weight gainer try and get one low in sugar, like BSN True Mass. You want to get big not fat. Dont try and throw on a ton of mass that is mostly fat and then have to work your ass off to get thin again.
