Best way to remove body hair?

Shaving leaves stubble and it's hard to get the collar bone area anything better? I thought maybe waxing but I'm not sure
 
Try nair for men, its like 10 bucks, you will either like it or hate it. I left it on twice as long as they said, until it started to get a little uncomfortable and it took 90% of the hair off with minimal irritation. BE CAREFUL it can burn, so try a little area and see how you tolerate it.
 
I just use clippers 1-2x a week in the warmer months. Winter, once a week. Gets it close enough and no burn/irritation.

I tried nair, I did not like it. Didnt take off the hair as well as a good shaving cream and a sharp razor, and took longer; also it was a mess. (the nair left some hair behind, but where it did take off the hair it worked well, burned though)
