During my cut I was training PPL twice a week Mon-Sat with Sundays off, I enjoy this as I can’t wait to get into the gym each morning.
In a week I will be starting a lean bulk - 200 cals over maintenance, on M Test, PA XT and Prime XT.
There were weeks now and again where I could only train 5 x per week due to work commitments etc.
My question is, does anyone have any opinions on a better 6 day split than what I have been doing? Any body parts that in your experience need to be trained more or less frequently than 2 x per week?
If I know I can only train 5 x per week, what split should I do then?
