Best protein when cutting?

Personally when i am trying to lose weight i like to get all my protein from whole food. But if i was to recommend protein the one i would recommend is Ultra Peptide by Xtreme Formulations, its one of the few i actually use

Ditto this. I still use shakes pre and post workout. But whole food keeps you fuller longer and that's important on a cut. Otherwise the hunger will drive you crazy.

And I always use ON Gold Standard whey. Brand really doesn't matter.
 
What do you guys think is the best protein when trying to loose weight?
The kind you take on a consistent basis every 3 to 4 hours.

Now, are you trying to loose the weight from the rack or lose body weight? Just a little grammar lesson thrown in for free ;-)
 
A solid whey protein isolate if the $ can allow it. I now just take regular dymatize whey complex (just a mixture of isolate and concentrate) before a workout and gf pro 9isolate) afterward if I have it on hand. I find that unless your really dialing in on a low bf, on a low carb diet, or need it for health reasons that a brand name whey mixture offers the same benefits as a higher priced custom mixture (that could just be my money saving tactics putting binders on though :blink: )
