See if you can those massive bench presses, DL, OHP, etc that destroy your spine, as you age. 30s 40s 50s.

My main sources of info are a lot of older dudes, ones who have seen it all. One is an ex con/ hells angels/ juicer. 47. He says he is in constant pain from lifting heavy his whole life.

Another is a lineman, family man, juicer.
He has dislocated vertebrae from back to neck. Spinal taps... Painful.

I get some info from the net. WebMD etc.

99% is from real life where the research was not needed because of these men.

Haha, with all due respect, not a single person in this thread is saying that food, rest and training isn't the key to getting results. We all know that to be true.

In short, people aren't disagreeing with your stance per se, but on the basis in which you present it.

Pretty much this. The thing we disagree with is not that real food isn’t best or most ideal, because it is, just that it’s not inherently unhealthy or bad for your body to rely on supplements for protein, while still having other real foods that aren’t high in protein like fruits and vegetables.

Absolutely. The body doesn't understand healthy and unhealthy - those are our own constructs based on what we are taught, and assume.

For example, if I cooked potatos and drizzled olive oil on it people might assume that to be healthy, yet if I cook potato in oil that is deemed unhealthy despite the only difference being the quantity of oil used in the preparation. Or people assuming a fruit smoothie is healthy, yet demonizing a fruit juice. Or that white rice is worse than brown rice, despite the latter being richer in phytates etc.

I see examples of this every single day. It just doesn't make sense
 
No tren... Side effects suck. I have tren ace and enanthate... Might run it. Just on sust and GH right now... Might throw in a 4 weeker of adrol lol

Agree...puts your body/emotions through the torture chamber. Tren E only has ~37% conversion rate, I'd stick with Ace or find Hex. More of Cyp/NPP guy myself....have some GH coming very soon :)

Afraid I would be far too disappointed in UGL's drol tbh....nothing like back in the day of real pharma grade Hemo's, etc. No way UGL's can touch them.

Ok thank you. Tren hex is unbelievably powerful strength, aggression through the roof. Horny as f**** got ahold of adrol, take it 30min pre workout.

Insane pumps, massive strength increase, does not put me in a good food lol.

I think I am becoming lactose intolerant I get stomach pain every time after a protein shake, are pes or gold standard milder for people with lactose issues?

I'll let some others chime in about this but I have heard a few people speak highly of Select who have digestion issues of their own. Not sure if they were lactose intolerant though but I'm sure more will comment on it.
