You could find this information in about 5 minutes on google. If you do some research on all the different kinds of PH's available, you shouldn't have a problem determining what each on of them do. As for a single PH that both bulks up and cuts at the same time...that is kind of unheard of. I have ran a couple cycles of tren though and it treated me pretty nice. Huge appetite, which can account for pretty decent gains in mass, and I lost a little bodyfat from it too. Read some people's logs on different sites. Hopefully this helps your buddy out.
