Ive Been Eating/Traing The Same Exact Way For The Last 2 Years So I Know When Its The Supplements That Help Me Progress & These Do The Job !

It has to be. He hasn't been eating any more or any less for years so obviously those supps are better than steroids cuz even with roids you have to eat more to gain.

Most MuscleTech products haven't given me much of a return but I did have great results with Anabolic Halo once. My progress was stalling by the end of the tub so I switched away from it but I made great gains over those 6 weeks. I'm sure it was my diet and routine, but it seemed like it helped me recover quicker. That was when I was first learning about supps and training tho so it might have been placebo effect lol.

agreed, and I don't get why you're getting negged for your thoughts on Ronnie's stuff. To each his own and if you don't want to try them or don't like them fine, but the hate is strong today.

For the most part Mt does suck, however I challenge you to find any thing that you can FEEL the effects from faster than cell tech, and nuerocore is the best pwo just because creatine hcl forget the stims doesn't do very much for me . Only reason I used them is that NC was 15 bucks and I came up on some celltech for free but to party retail for anything they sell is not worth it.

Cell Tech didn really do anything for me. The flavor wasn't as bad as some stuff but it was way too expensive for the results. I keep goin back to MT when they come out with new stuff tho, I dunno why lol.

Lol my wife seems to think so. This is the first time I've heard a collective opinion about MT tho so I'm gonna go ahead and give up on them. I'm goin back to basics until I understand the science a little better. Protein and Creatine with caffeine as a preworkout. Once I have a better understanding of what each ingredient does and how they all work together I'll start trying new supps again.

Hang around here, read up, and you will see that many other supplement companies can easily trump MT in terms of effectiveness and price.

like southland for example, srs. It's true though and price for performance MT just isn't on par.
 
It's too bad MT doesn't put some of that money they piss away with that advertising budget towards coming out with innovative products. I do think they have finally seen the writing on the wall and are making a turn for the better though. Time will tell.

Yeah I tend to think Southland is pretty solid (and definitely going to be much stronger in the coming months)....or I wouldn't rep for them ;)

It does seem as if MT is making some changes in the right direction. I like the no prop blends. The big Achilles heel for them has always been high prices with low dosed ingredients. It will be interesting to see if the new products they bring out offer a little more value.

That is a good idea I quit for awhile as well and used beta alanine creatine caffeine dextrose bcaas and whey until I tried NC. Good luck on your journey wading through the junk lol
 
Is there somewhere to get caffeine in a powder form by itself? I have Creatine monohydrate and whey protein powder that I mix but I can only find caffeine in tabs and drinks and they ain't cheap. The bulk protein and Creatine is gonna save me a ton but the caffeine tabs would undo any savings.
