best pre-workout supp?

Agreed. Nothing beats EC for pick me up energy. I have been doing E/C + Hemavol. Makes an awesome pre-workout stack, at least for me.

Maximize v2 is fantastic. Highly recommend for the energy. One scop does me good. I have never needed to increase more than 1 scopp.
 
To corsaking: I checked out that link you posted, and I can't help but point out the irony that on a pre-workout thread you're worried about the nonepherine, and other stress hormone response from caffeine!
Yes, yes, I know about the tolerance issue. It just takes a few weeks without the stuff and it works like magic again.

For flavoring, just about any strong crystal light/ sugar free coolaid variation masks the C.A. well enough.

If you choose to disregard any information on the side effects of regular consumption of high amouints of caffeine, then thats fine , i have no problem with that , as i said before its your body .
 
Just started using Athletic Edge Presurge Unleashed.....best preworkout I've used so far. I've used Controlled Labs White Flood, which is solid; Omega Sports Ultima, also solid and great when cycling off stims; Superpump 250, which was disappointing.

I regret not picking up a tub of Maximize V2 when it was on sale.

Maximize V2 is great. Jack3d and white flood are great.

Thanks for the advice, and the info first off! I do want to point out that there is no conclusive negative evidence against long term caffeine use besides minor CNS stress based on findings in the 2010 JISSN (journal of the international society of sports nutrition), and that I am not choosing to disregard the information you presented. I am just weighing it against contrary findings and making an informed choice.

obiously is jack3d, the rest of the preworkouts are nothing more than fillers and maltodextrin(makes you fat), especially the superpump(aka, superdump 250).

Muscle Marinade is 20.5 grams a serving of actives with no fillers.

Jacked is good as well. My two favorites.
