Best Post Workout Carb?

Any not overly high in fiber will work, potatoes are a filling option for sure.

Rice, Even bread, or wraps with lean meat

Best post workout carb? Fast acting such as donuts, gummy bears, white potatoes, blueberry muffins, Bananas, pastries, white rice, or gatorade. This all depends on how intense your workout was.
