If forerunner is the manufacturer what is the opinion on something like this (Forerunner Labs Alpha Lab Kit 504) for a beginner or is the stack mentioned above a better way to go about it. all opinions are welcome
If you stick with the bottle directions that is a great beginner stack. If you up the dose on the Alpha mass it can be very strong cycle. So with the kit dosing will be what determines your end results.
I am looking for the best results I can get. Would you go with the kit or your previous suggestion. Also the bottle suggest 6 a day I believe for the alpha mass what would be a suggest upped dose. I am. 6' 205 38 yrs old
I went with the kit. By there schedule it's an 11 week start through end of PCT. My next question is can you start taking a cutting supplement while you're on the PCT. If so what are some good product lines to look into?
Generally that is not a good idea, its harder to hold on to any muscle gained if you just right into a cut in pct.
Here's what I personally am eating today but I've got about 40 more pounds and looking for another 20 and I'm 2 weeks into a cycle: Meal 1: 1/2 pound homemade turkey chili, 1/2 sweet potato cooked in coconut oil Meal 2: 2 cups Cottage Cheese, 1/2 yam, pear Meal 3: 1 cup brown rice, 2 chicken breasts, cup of homemade PB Meal 4: post workout shake, 2 tbs honey, 60 gms protein Meal 5: 2 Salmon filets, 2 cups brown rice, Steamed Veggies, some form of chocolate(F ya!) Meal 6: 2 Cups of Cottage Cheese, Cup of PB Some days/weeks/months I follow IF, some days I eat almost no carbs(obviously non-training days), Some days I cheat for the entire day, some days I choose to up my fiber or good fats, most days I don't experience the slightest kind of hunger, some days I want to throw up. Some days I eat 12 times, some days 3. Diet is so critical though. My point is just that. Cycling is a monstrous, absurd, ridiculous waste of time if your diet is not dialed way, way, way in.
Forerunner suggests taking with a fatty meal. Does that mean putting cheese on a Turkey burger? Or eating a fatty steak or a high fat beef burger? Or will either do?
They state that a minimum of 20g of should be taken with some of their products, 2 tbsp of peanut butter will put you at 16g of fat and would be healthier than a fatty steak or high fat beef burger- probably more convenient too

Ok I am able to figure my diet under natural training I didn't know if I should make any changes or eat more of something while on a PH i'm assuming that by dialed in you mean just that following a proper diet tracking proper protein, carbohydrates and fat but you also say that some days you eat 3 time some days you eat 12 times some days you cheat all day that doesn't sound dialed in to me or at least my definition of dialed in. could you explain what you mean by dialed way way in
