best pct

ok so doing 10 weeks of sustanon 250,

500mg a week (one injection monday and thursday)

then 1 week after last injection going to start pct.

but heres were im stuck do i use clomid or nolvadex heard there both good.

going to keep HCG Pregnyl at hand in case of the chaps shrinking

going to run pct for 4 weeks

then take a good 20 weeks off (is this to long?)

let me know what you think of my first cycle
