Hey everybody, just curious what everyones take on how to maintain gains after cycle. I have found so many different ideas and now I am confused. Some say lift the same, but expect less strength, then others say you should not lift the same, but actually less, but stay with compound movements. What the hell should I do. I still have some time left with test in my system. BUT the clock is ticking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PCT is dialed so that will help I know, but Im curious about training regimen only.:squareeyed:
