20 times "clean" calories over bodyweight (at least) and Kre-anabolyn 747 always works for me when natty bulking.
(So a 200 pounder would eat 4K calories). Not for everyone though...
L arginine is an amino acid it’s helps with blood flow. Guess I should’ve recommended some bs test booster or some useless 9keto dhea or some of the crap I see touted here.

Anabolic effect has been really good to me lately and it could really shine in a bulk. I’m cutting and still noticing some pretty good effects. I also really like Antaeus titan. People sleep on this product imo.
