Hello,
I`m 40 now. No problems with low testosterone or whatsaverer , however I keep struggling with gaining strenght in lifts - especially squats but bench press also. I`m almost 210pounds( 90kg ) and 183cm tall. However i keep struggling with HB squats with 225pound for 10 reps now in 3-4 sets, and 225pound for 5 reps in bench press.
I`d like to increase it .
I use whey, some hcl creatine (2g grams after workout) ( bloating issues with monohydrate) and vitamins and fenugreek and ashwagandha.
I`m leaning towards supplementing phosphatidic acid or maybe at least increasing creatine intake a bit and take every day not only on workout days...
I`m not good at new supplements on market nowadays, can u suggest something ?
