I looking for a good multivitamin for weightlifting but i dont feel like buy animal pak, seems too expensive to me.

if any of you know some good multis that arent over priced please let me know

overpriced isnt the right word here. you get what you pay for. look at aor-orthocore or try thr ACDES+B vitamin scheme

orange triad I used to use pak for years!!! but I love orange!

I wish I was willing to pay $1.50/day for AOR-Orthocore! I was thinking of actually half-dosing it, which is still better than most multis out there.

Orange Triad!! After finishing my animal pak I began orange triad and I am very pleased with it. Orange Triad helps with digestion, immune, and joint health (hence triad). Plus it makes your pee neon yellow haha.

Applied Nutriceuticals has a multi called Complete balance that is very affordable and I personally use along with our other health supplements Biomend (antioxidant) and Omega essentials (omegas/fish oil)

Yeah Orange TRIad works well for me too. On top of the bright yellow pee (sign that the vitamins are working, and I need more H20:)) I never get indigestion like I used to. That helps alot

There is no "best" anything IMHO. Everyone has a diff way of defining best, and you need to figure out what that is brother. Some want the cheapest, others want one with this, that or the other thing. So it all depends. How do ya define the best?

For the record, while Animal Pak has a multi component to it, it isn't just a multi--for example, it's got a full complement of digestive enzymes. If it was, the daily dose would be a tab or two..

Orange Triad (new formula) would be my third pick after AOR-Orthocore, the holy mother of multis. But my second pick is Source Naturals Life Force Multiple, which has the best forms of many of the vitamins and minerals, similar to Orthocore, but at $.40/day. I'll be combining it with Animal Flex for my multi/joint support.

If I wasn't taking Animal Flex I'd probably choose Orange Triad, though. Its joint support is mainly the G-C-MSM combo, which is solid, but I need "the works", which only comes from Animal Flex.

I would say AOR Core + Orange TRIad as the top MV on the market. It isn't just about price, but about quality.

Orange TRIad provides quality at a good price. But if price wasn't a factor, i'd take a look at AOR Core as well.
