Best mtor inhibitor supplements?

Peptibolic or peptiplex would be my choice.

Heres some write ups done by sns ..pretty good reading

For an advance users i would pick one and stack it with something that activates cAMP .. board favorites is CEL Alpha One.

Best mtor inhibitor supplements?

For muscle building purposes, one would normally want to activate it, not inhibit it.

Did you mean inhibit it? I just wanted to clarify.

I'm stacking Phospatidic Acid (PAXT) , CEL Alpha One and Peptibolic right now and feel bigger even just 10 days in. Past runs of each on their own have yielded great results activating MTOR. I suggest upping the training intensity and carbs/protein as the supps both seem to help with recovery and muscle gain in a surplus. Vitamin D, HMB, Omegas, Creatine, EAAs/glycine/leucine and magnesium help and are synergistic as well.

correct me if im wrong, but isnt mtor inhibition good for longevity?
I remember seeing a lot of animal studies on that, not sure if its the same in humans.

That's the consensus. IDK the science though. Restricted calories and fasting is meant to increase lifespan as well. All three are mostly counter intuitive to building muscle, so you need to "pick your poison," as they say.

Yeah, its honestly a bit weird. Muscle itself increases life span, reduces cancer risk, improves chance of surviving if you already have cancer and benefits practically your whole body. But increasing the pathway that causes muscles to grow is bad for longevity??? It makes no sense to me.

I think it's all a drop in the bucket. Stress over it, and that stress will age/kill you faster. Focusing on health and happiness should do more than any supplement or regimen.

Probably have a better chance of getting and dying from disease, than you do increasing MTOR.

In the longevity community, a lot of people believe keeping body weight as low as possible is good for longevity - and that belief includes carrying as little muscle as possible. Which of course contradicts a fitness lifestyle.

Carrying as little muscle as possible seems like something that could backfire tremendously once age related sarcopenia inevitably rears it's head.

I agree completely.

I think that when you read a lot in certain communities, it's easy to get caught up in looking at things from one side and like most things, the best is probably a good middle ground.

I think a lot of it is people looking at studies on paper and not in the context of life itself overall.

This is my stack also, along with Andropro. The results are comparable with the good old days.

My grandfather is 96, eating basic food all of his life (pork with a lot of fat, potatoes and stew) drinking a couple of wine glasses in every meal… he is still alive

My other grandfather, he passed when he was 91, he used to smoke a lot, drink wine and from his 80’s to the end of his life, he was drinking whiskey (I don’t know why) he could probably live more without those bad habits. He used to eat a lot of beef, fries, cheese and bread, dark coffee …that’s it. He was a monster, physically and mentally super strong.

I think the food and stress factor is crucial. The food industry is a joke nowadays.

There are different forms of MTORs. I did read in article that said women given 10MG of Rapamycin gained muscle, which is weird because this is the strongest blocker of MTORs in general.

Damn, if I take this I would be dead (my platelets are around 130k).

  • Side Effects: Known side effects include anemia, thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), leukopenia (low white blood cell count), stomatitis (mouth sores), and increased risk of infections.
