Ive upped my training, now doing more cardio and the inside of my knees is painful at times

I know animal Flex etc. is probably the best supp for joints but what are the key bulk ingrediants - kind of overspent on supplements this month

Some great bulk supps:
Cissus & Elastamine.
I would also suggest Orange Triad as your multi-vitamin which has a joint complex which can make a small difference as well.

SNS Joint support XT has gotten overwhealming positive feedback across the board. Effects can be seen in as little as 7-10 days.

Also, it can be stacked with Cissus XT for additional help if needed.

Either one can be used solo tho as well.

Cissus XT has been a staple of mine for many years. That paired with proper EPA/DHA intake has kept me training hard.

I've been stacking SNS JOINT SUPPORT XT and CISSUS XT with great results. Definitely both products are recommended on this forum from respected members.
