Another vote for Intra-Aid... I also love and use Purple Wraath. I'll definitely have to give Intrabolic a try in the future. I think I'll always have some sort of intra workout supplement in my arsenal from now on, they definitely help.

What is it and why?

Both supplements have awesome profiles. I selected these 2 supplements facts because they're very similar compared to the others like Purple Wraath, Xtend, and Core's ABC. I'll pick some IntrAbolic up soon for a comparison to Intra-Aid.

Intra-Aid has the benefit of including CHO and the additional servings per container.

Intrabolic has a higher Leucine content which may be beneficial, and likely more BA too, so it's a matter of what's important to the user.

Nope. Put my name in the hat over on the Forvm for the new BCAA Stack flavor and new EAA Nitro flavor though. Too bad!

I haven't won anything, and would give a testicle for a tub of Intra-Aid Invalid Link Removed

I tried a sample, but I would love to have a tub so I could do a full review. YOu can't judge a product by one sample.

Im in if you guys are still givin' em out...

im in it to win it

interested if still available

I'll definitely be in for some Intra-Aid!

And, U-Rep, I add additional BCAA to the mix because from the research I've read, the amount required is bodyweight dependent. Yes, a 6g bolus will cause an increase in protein synthesis compared to just water, but a .1-.2g/kg of bodyweight is supposed to increase protein synthesis and reduce system shock to training even more.
However, I've just been using one scoop of IA. With guys reporting such good progress on two scoops, I'll probably be doing that, in which case, adding extra wouldn't really be necessary at all. :)

Im in on this,

I've been pulling my hair out trying to decide what AA product I want to start using. Im thinking Purple Wrath, Xtend, Or this Intra-Aid. Right now im using ON BCAA Caps.

We'll do 7. littlrook and cmack26, ya didn't follow the promo to the letter (was supposed to tell us why you wanted to try Intra-Aid) but no matter. We'll make an exception this time. All you fellas above, send me a PM with your name and addy and you're good to go... Congrats.

Good Job guys !

U-Rep... Which flavor are they getting ??

Good point. Up until this week, it was only Blue Raz. But since Citrus Burst will be available this week, if you fellas can wait, you have a choice between the two. Lemme know...
The Blue Raz works for me, I'm not picky. I'm just thrilled about getting a tub.

Guess Im late I usually use xtend but am always looking to try something new I'm almost out of xtend might be time to give this a try looks promising

I thought milk was the most effective for post-workout for the carb to protein to fat ratio ??

(chocolate milk in particular)
More and more it doesn't seem that way. And I would stick to regular milk, the extra sugar from chocolate is unnecessary IMO if you're doing pre-peri-post. And if fat is a concern, which for various reasons it sometimes is, there's always fat free. :)

But more and more I'm seeing whey protein out perform free form EAA and I'm seeing casein out perform whey. Seems like milk is turning out to be the perfect supp (as it was back in the old days). You know, 20% whey 80% casein plus some unique carbohydrates... very tough to beat. And I'm not just trying to be old-school here. There is a fair amount of research to support this.

lucky. Intra-Aid rocks :dl:

Five lucky winners will score a free tub of Intra-Aid. As usual, if you've won anything in the past 30 days from Corporate, you're not eligible. You gotta be at least 18 and have a U.S. mailing addy. All you gotta do is post in this thread (no PMs) and tell us why you'd like to try Intra-Aid. Good luck fellas.

I would like to try Intra Aid for the sole purpose of comparison to Intrabolic of which I have been a multiple time repeat customer.

Whey hydro plus an amino blend cant fail, although I suppose neither can protein + carbs. As of now I have a hard time believing there is a higher quality product marketed toward during lifting than what I am and have been using.

Feel free to prove me wrong ;) but know ill tell it like it is regardless of which one i prefer

My Intra-Aid Citrus Burst came today :woohoo::woohoo:

Lookin' forward to the feedback brother. Don't be afraid to add more water per scoop. For the Blue Raz, my sweet spot is around 25-30 oz per flat scoop. And colder water is def much better than not cold water...

My sweet spot is 25oz per scoop too for a leveled off scoop, it's the perfect blend. I'll see if the citrus burst can be done with the same amount of water or if it'll make it a little sweeter and therefore have a tangy orange flavor which I would love, lol.
