I train at 4 am. Run a preworkout and post workout shake. I am try to lose some body fat so I am working in a higher rep range 14-18 reps per set, compared to my normal 6-10 rep range depending on the weight. I feel like I’m running out of gas and crashing pretty hard. Not searching for something with stimulants just looking for a pick me up towards endurance and recovery.

In terms of intra supps I'm a fan of xtend or off the chain.

The Olympus Series by Chaos and Pain is an elite line of powerful products that were specifically formulated to stand up to the needs of extreme endurance and strength athletes. Mercury is the worlds first comprehensive BCAA formula designed to sustain athletes through long workouts, while providing slow carbs and electrolytes to prevent cramping and crash.
One of the hardest things to explain to a neophyte athlete is the utility of branched chain amino acids for the average person. It's not that they're not useful, but it's that no one can "feel" them, so they have idea if they're achieving their desired effect. The time for that is over, as Olympus Mercury is the first targeted BCAA product that does what it says and makes itself noticed the second you glide through the "wall" in your training like it was never there.
Mercury is the first BCAA product specifically designed to improve endurance, whether it's on the track, on the trail, on the road, or in the gym. Not only does Mercury contain your standard BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio, but it also contains Waxy Maize Starch, Taurine, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Citrulline Malate for sustained energy and power, Glutamine for improved recovery, and Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, and Magnesium Citrate for electrolyte management.

Intracell7 by primeval labs gone through two tubs and it’s delicious for one.

Got a great formula carbs/EAA’s and BCAA’s and glycerpump

HydroBCAA by prosupps is delicious

I loved modern BCAA by usp in grape(but I like grape flavoured stuff)

Inkaged is also a good one but has like 125mg of caffeine

IntraMax would be great for your situation.

Here are some highlights of IntraMax for you:

Combining 6g of a fast-digesting protein with added leucine is as effective at increasing muscle protein synthesis as 20g of whey protein.

A patented, super-concentrated form of glycerol that drives superhydration for intense, prolonged workouts.

A full serving of creatine and betaine. These will both help with strength, endurance, performance, and betaine has even been linked to better body composition.

L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine – A dipeptide that improves hydration and intestinal absorption of nutrients while lowering fatigue.

Not only is this a great intra workout supplement, but it is a complete ergogenic aid as well that gives you creatine and other ergogenic aids to help with performance, recovery, and body composition.

Since you train firs thing in the morning, you might benefit from adding carbs to your intra as well. It is worth trying. I really like gylcofuse from Gaspari or you could add Gatorade powder. The orange flavor IntraMax and orange Gatorade powder are great together.

For what it is worth, Priceplow has it rated as their number 1 intra.

I train fasted first thing in the morning as well, and Intramax is also my go-to. I used to just sip BCAA's during my training, but Intramax has some great added goodies that help with pumps and overall performance.

Another to look into would be SizeOn. It contains carbs, but it's a great way to get some simple sugars and fuel into your system if you're training fasted. I use SizeOn + Intramax during bulking. Arctic Lemon Ice SizeOn with Orange Intramax tastes phenomenal.

Look at Jeff Longs products.

Like a Pro .....i think its the best on the market for stim pre,non stim pre, High dosed EAA , and Glyco Drink.

You get what you pay for, don't bargain shop whatever you do

Thanks for the kind words, dudes!

SizeOn is a perfect all-in-one intra workout product.. complex carbs, simple carbs, hydrolyzed protein, BCAAs, creatine, etc. I think you would really enjoy trying it out and would see changes in your endurance during training. If on a budget, Glycofuse is also great as simply a superior carbohydrate source.

Idk how people hit the weights fasted. I just can’t do it. Cardio is one thing but fasted is super hard for me (weights wise). I use intramax + VasoMax usually. I have used size on before and really liked it but that was a while back. Sometimes I just use my carb powder and/or aminos. I suggest trying to get your hands on some samples of a few products that interest you and go from there.

Try skipping the pre workout shake all the blood is probably working on digestion during the workout instead of in the muscles

I like the hydrolysate but Ive always heard the casein hydrolysate is way better? I know it was a lot pricier when i was buying it in bulk. Like over 3x as much

Taking any type of simple sugars defeats the whole purpose of training fasted

Imo any kind of amino product does the trick...could be bcaa, bcaa/eaa, or a complete product like iforce compete

Then if you want to add extras... I'm a fan of glycofuse by gasparino for some fact carbs

Xtend Elite
Primeval EAA MAX / Intracell7 (If you want carbs)
Granite Recovery
Kaged Muscle In-Kaged
Nutrabio Intra-Blast

if your main focus is endurance and recovery you may be better off with an ergogenic + an additoinal carb product
PES Ergonine or I force Finish line + Gaspari Glycofuse or Size-On

Or look at these bulks
6-8g Citrulline Malate or 4g L-Citrulline
1-1.5g HICA
2.5g Betaine
2g COP
2.5g Synerglut
3-5g Creatine Monohydrate
2g LCLT

Look at Jeff Longs products.

I disagree
I just got tubs of Xtend Elite for under $20.. Was it a bargain? Absolutely since it was BOGO..
It is top of the line for a BCAA + Extra performance/endurance based product.
There is always good deals on great products. You don't have to shell out loads of money to get a quality product.
For example: Ghost Whey was buy 2 get 1 free and you could stack a coupon code making it under $20 a tub. Was it a bargain? Absolutely... is it a bad product? Its an open label/transparent protein and tastes incredible.
