1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Heavy weights. 80% compound exercises. Supplements are just icing on the cake.

I would vote for cissus even tho it is not on there. It blocks cortisol wonderfully and the joint relief is great with the slight anabolic punch (prolly due to the previously mentioned cort blocking though). I got heart palapatations from retain so that makes cissus even more attractive to me since it gives me no sides at all.

Heart palpatations from RETAIN??? Are you sure that's what did it? That's really odd. I don't know what in retain would do that. Even though there is some T3 elevation......

I like retain 2 and BCAA's but voted for retain 2 because I think BCAA'S are kind of a given. R2 has some nice extra leaning effects as well.

heart palps from retain 1 are totally possible considering it contained Tyramine. :trout:

mmm I took retain 1.... it started leaning me out with barely any cardio and i was getting stronger... dunno how u can beat that?

ive been doing my bcaas, 3 shakes a day, and i drink my xtend through out training and to be honest, my recovery isnt better, im still sore and i havent noticed anything else :|

That's better than 99% of people who run hard AAS cycles with a perfect diet for that amount of time......

I would assume you had such good gains because you were overweight and sedentary. You probably would not be so lucky next time around because your body is used to working out now.

True, but I don't have 70lbs of fat to lose now either. The best part of Bill Phillips' program is that the weight never came back.

Bill believes the HMB to be the MOST important part. Myself, I feel none are of much value without all the others.

Pyruvate was 2g twice a day. You can take them as long as you want, unlike the steroid route these supplements improve your over all health.

I was also mega dosing B vitamins and taking a generic multi btw.
 
You got that right. And i just got me a big ole' tub of the xtend grape. I finally bowed up and got the big one instead of the small ones.
Good idea with the bigger tub, the grape is awesome. The funny thing with this poll is while the answer is very simple, people like to make things much more complicated when it comes to diet and supplementation. Rule of thumb, always get the basics first!
 
If you buy ecdy or turk in bulk, and cap it yourself, it's more cost-efficient. Many of the products in the 90's were, in my opinion, underdosed. There's also an oral bioavailability factor, is greatly increased with the addition of piperidine.

I'm currently cutting, using turkesterone (2%) @ 3g ED. I'm a firm believer that ecdysteroids are underrated.

I like bcaa's as well. I think someone asked the question earlier and I don't think it was answered. At what dose do people take bcaa's when cutting?
 
I gotta go with BCAAs also, i've gotten great results.

Also, Uni-liver. 20-25 a day with Xtend/core ABC pre and post and I'm set.
