Best flexibility/mobility material.

Kundalini yoga. Or really any yoga, by kundalini is my favorite, and the only one that carl jung wrote an entire book on.
 
I'm thinking about getting "Magnificent Mobility".

Anything better? Opinions?

that's a good start

also as futurepilot says yoga is always a good option, iyengar or ashtanga are 2 good solid options as well as kundalini which FP mentioned
