Best exercise for Lateral head of triceps?

I do pulley pushdowns with the rope, dips, and kickbacks but I just can't seem to get any definition in the lateral head of my triis. The lateral head seems to give the strongest visual effect and I'm missing out. Your advice?

Yeah...use the rope and do them one-handed....FLEX HARD at full extension and hold it for a few seconds.

Bring your hand up to the OPPOSITE ear at the top.

The answer to ANY "What's the best exercise for..." question is ALWAYS squats.

kickbacks with no attachment on pulley..(without an attachment on the pulleys at my gym there is this rubber ball...i hold that and do kickbacks.)

Wow

[Dsade, I tried these and they REALLY blew out my triis. Thanks for the tip!
