Best Estrogen, Prolactin control supplements

I had some gyno that I used ralox, exem, and prami to get under control and shrink a bit. It's finally moving in the right direction after upping exem and adding prami. When I get to a point where I'm happy I will be tapering off everything. I want to avoid a rebound so will keep exem and prami for a week or two after the ralox. Then when that drops I want something natural that will also help.

After extensive research, browsing these forums, Reddit, and watching while adding the different things I think this flared up due to being in a bulk and throwing a bunch of test boosting supplements at myself along with some other things.
-Olympus supplement with genistein
-MTest, Cistanche
-Primeval Labs PM (another test booster)

I think I just had a lot of aromatization and I'm sensitive to prolactin which I think also spiked.

So for the next couple of months I want to avoid too much test boosting unless it's from an ingredient knows to control estrogen and prolactin. I have both Inhibit E and Inhibit P, but are there any other better options or options to stack with those? I've heard apigenin is good for both estrogen and prolactin. I also was looking at PCT Assist due to both the prolactin help and the estrogen control. Any other ideas or advice.

I think the Inhinit E and P will be enough. I don’t think you want to take too much in case you have any strange reactions or results. Apegenin is great to take although I believe it has minimal affect on prolactin ( I could be wrong about that- just never read anything stating it could be used for prolactin control).

It was several Reddit posts that showed bloodwork but it could’ve just been coincidence.

I personally don't think that M-Test, Cistanche, or Primeval's products would have caused a flareup.

I would never ever use anything with genistein in it and would never use that ingredient in a product directed towards males. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions and to formulate how they want to, but that's my opinion - and its unfortunate when things like that lead to other products getting included in the blame for something that likely had nothing to do with them and really should almost be expected with genistein.

Inhibit-P is excellent for prolactin control.
Inhibit-E is excellent for estrogen control.

PCT Assist, especially the new version, would be a great stack with that.

Apigenin is good for so many different things. I take at least 200 mg. of Apigenin daily for a variety of the health benefits.

You could go with CEL Api-Plex which is 90 caps and 200 mg. per capsule, or you could go with Growth Factor XT which has 200 mg. per serving along with other ingredients to help optimize natural GH levels.

I guess I wasn’t sure if I should be trying to support dopamine with things like Vit E or tyrosine to offset prolactin. Or trying to reduce E even more with something else.

is there a healthy limit to the Inhibit E/P of how many capsules in a day and for how many months I can run them? I’m hoping to get to just those for a month or two then get some blood work done.

I am not trying to blame SNS or CEL at all. They’re great products. I’ve used probably 8 bottles of Mtest with no problem. I am just saying this time there was a problem and it seems like it was a lot of little things that could’ve contributed to it. Heck I think it’s even possible it was the CoQ10 and NAC that I started one month before.

I understand. I wasn't replying that directly to you, but to anyone reading.

I tend to reply a lot of times in a way where I'm keeping in mind that some people may not know the supplements, the context, and may be reading 6 months or a year down the road, so I try to explain things in a way that makes it easy to understand.

I knew you weren't blaming it on M-Test and were laying out the variety of factors, but I wanted to make sure that those reading realized that neither of those issues were related to M-Test or Cistanche XT.

I personally wouldn't have suggested using Primeval's PM product with M-Test, but I don't think it contributed to the issue you had. The issue that you had is commonly associated with genistein; and like you said, for people that have pre-existing disposition towards it, it is more likely to flare up while bulking.

I want to clarify something too - my comments towards genistein are not directed towards that company or their specific product, it is towards the ingredient. You could go back 15 years and find posts of me pointing out the same thing about that ingredient. Since that ingredient started being used in sports supplements, there's been cases of people with pre-existing gyno having flare ups after using it.

Bromocriptine is what you want for prolactin, not any supplement.
