You aren't going to significantly influence shape of the muscle through exercise choice other than preferential recruitment of different fibre patterns.
I.e. decline press will recruit sternal fibres preferentially but you can't pick certain decline exercises which will give a different shape to your chest.
pick your parents better next time. you can make the overall muscle larger, stronger, weaker, or smaller but you cannot shape without something silly like implants or synthol.
