Wow, thats awesome 5lbs in 10 day! Killer back workout!
:biggthumpup:Alright everybody,
Getting ready to run Pmag as my very first PH starting on Monday! I'm going to run it at 50/50/75/75/75 for a five week cycle depending on whether I have sides or not. If all goes well I stay this course but who knows! Currently I'm preloading my hawthorn berries for the BP and I have torem on the way in case something crazy happens! A little about me. Well I'm a college student right now and I'm 26 years old (started a little late :biggthumpupI've been lifting on and off since I was about 13 or so and played highschool football. Anyways over the last year and a half I've been working out consistently, started with a cut and now I'm bulking. I'm stronger than I've ever been so this should be a nice ride.
Current stats:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 189
BF% according to calipers: 16% (yeah I'm a fat ass)
I'll be updating on my lifts and I'll also try and update on my core lifts which are as follows:
Bench 225 x 10
Barbell Row 225 x 10
Squat 275 x 8
Deadlift 335 x 5
Occassionally I lift heavy and go for sets of 5, but I might stay away from that for a little while because I'm battling some pretty bad tendonitis and/or bursitis in my knees and especially my elbow.
PCT
I'm going to keep it simple and OTC, I have cycle assist and plan on taking it on cycle along with Fish oil and joint supps. I'll continue that on PCT as well and throw in PCT assist and possibly some Inhibit e. I also have Reduce XT for cortisol and Torem is on the way in case **** hits the fan lol.
Tomorrow starts week 4 for me. Enjoying so far, a few sides, nothing big and up 14 lbs. GL buddy.

I was tard and thought that PMs mild, I won't need Taurine. I have it on order now. Deads and squats really activate the backpumps, not unmanageable, but definitely enough to notice. I can't fathom how the pumps would be on something harsher. Ouch I imagine. The biggest side has been sleep difficulty. I've always been an amazing sleeper, but the PM has lowered the quality and duration of sleep I'm able to get.
I've been taking:
5:30am glass OJ, 2 Halotest 25 2 life support, 5grams Creatine Mono
6:00am cheerios ( for cholestorol lowering benefits ) and 1200mg fish oil.
eat relatively clean, but not perfect. Around 3100 calories a day.
walk for 30 minutes at lunch.
4pm 1 halotest, 2 life support
Dinner take 1200mg fish oil.
Gaspari Super Pumps 250 (1/2 scoop, or none if I've had a lot of salt that day, cramps can be super harsh with caffeine)
Workout
2 scoops ON Gold Standard in 12oz skim milk. GNC Sport multi.
Sleep. 7-8hours.
So Halotest 50/75/75/75/75
Nolva 20/20/10/10 + Reversitol
PR'ed on weighted dips yesterday, 90lbs x 5 reps. Not as low as I wanted to go, but not bad either.

Things look great man. That chest workout I saw with 315 was outstanding! im quite jealous. but your back workouts are intense too...good ****. and i feel you with the snow, we got hammered here to and lost gym time as well. everythings sounds like its going great and i'll be following throughout as i said. appreciate you keeping up on me and its good to see a fellow college guy with similar body type killing it too! keep doing work man. good luck rest of the way through.

Awesome to have you aboard bro! Dude your superdrol kept me alive during summer break at my moms! LOL.
I am on day 16 of Pmag and feeling really lethargic. I did 50mg week 1 and started 75mg on week 2. I have no motivation to lift or do anything. My libido is through the roof and I am not having any other side effects besides being dead tired all the time. Are you having this problem at all?
Whats you carb intake like? Was you heavy on stims before cycle?
My carb intake should be ok. I eat a ton of pasta and ww bread. I was at the tail end of my usual 6 weeks on/one off of white flood at 2 scoops. I didn't feel anywhere near this bad on my first cycle of Hdrol. I got pumped up for my workout today and had a really good one (probably my first while on the cycle). I really wish I could use some stims!!!
That is a bit on the high side...has your BP ever ben high before?
Okay decided to run it for another week! So six weeks it is!!!
Okay well sorry I haven't updated in a little while but I'll do a final write up on my cycle of Pmag and let ya'll know what I think. I'll do it sometime this week, but the results are in!!!!!
I went from 189lbs-199lbs so 10lb increase in 6 weeks!
I also lost some bf from 16%-14.6% according to calipers.
So pretty happy with the results and the cycle. I start PCT tomorrow so I hope to hold onto and keep adding size.

PCT is looking like this so far....
Inhibit E at 3/2/2/1 with PCT Assist at 4 caps a day. Reduce XT will be added at the end of week one or two of PCT taken as directed on label
^^^^^^ You told me before that 4 caps a day was fine but as I read the label it says 6 a day. :duh: but PCT assist is working well. I never felt shut down off of Pmag and so now I'm just horny as hell. Getting wood all day! LOL hahahahaha:dance:
