Your legs are hopeless right now, but I have been cutting off androgens right now and hitting legs 3x a week due to my bicep healing and I have made strength gains losing 1-2lbs/wk.

So if you have the time and motivation, I would definitely consider 3 upper days/week - it’s working for me at least.

Between the two of us doing just upper and lower, we could really be somebody
Dude we're the only two Power Rangers we need.

Thurs 4th April:
So hungry.
Yesterday I ate:247p 199c 109f for 2791cal
I ate nearly 2 chooks yesterday, sparing only the breast on one. I bought two so I would have one today but, lol, couldn't stop myself last night. Thank God I had those chooks - might have eaten one of my kids.
No gym today, slept in for some recovery as I have a big day planned for work.

Sunday 6th April

Haven't been able tog in here for last 48hrs.

Food intake:
Thurs: 182p 102c and 134f for 2439cal
Fri: 126p 273c 144f for 2933cal
Sat: 201p 185c 161f for 3099cal

Sunday feels

I'm a cripple. My back is so jacked this morning I literally couldn't wipe my ass. I'm going to the gym so hopefully I can work this pain and stiffness away.

At the gym today

Well, somebody put Led Zepelin on the stereo here, and suddenly I'm starting to have feelings for this gym.

Did my physio garbage penis shortening ass out squats and rack pulls. Everything hurts but the pain is just pissing me off today, and I feel like a catastrophic injury would be somehow satisfying. I'm sick of being a cripple.

The temptation to load 220kg on a deadlift station fades, and here comes some benchpress:
100kg, super long pauses because I fucking hate my body, for 8reps
110kg, super long pauses, literally until I'm seeing red on the last rep, for 5
120kg, long pauses, super fast **** you contractions for 5.
Cable rope pushdown dropsets x3
Cable bar push down dropsets x3
Wide grip pullup 3x5
Chinup 3x10

Week 1 Summary for Iconogenin

Observations:
Laxogenin fever
Awesome gym pumps
Slightly better endurance
Increased appetite
Increased blood pressure - there have been a couple nights where I have had to pop an aspro after aplying my evening smear, and I wake up the next morning with swole traps and shoulders, kinda like being on LGD

Generally speaking, excluding my hips and back, my body seems to be working quite well and my right shoulder, which typically becomes regularly inflamed from work especially when i am not taking MK677 (I finished taking this after a 2.5yr bout recently) has felt much better than usual. However, my lack of squatting and deadlifting heavy weight is probably also allowing my body to better recover overall so it is not necessarily attributable to the laxo.

Goals for next week:
1.) Maintain a sub 2500cal energy input
2.) Consume more protein with less fat - I am expecting my protein to arrive on Tuesday which will make this a bit more achievable without having to eat boiled chicken and brocoli
3.) Get into the gym at least 3 times.

Check this out!!!:

Now, I haven't weighed myself so if I'm a kilo lighter then my actual percentage is higher, and there is also a fair bit of weekly variation using a skinfold method. But I dont think I have hit these numbers for probably 12 years, so stoked!

Fri 12th April

Very busy with work this week, and had a bit of a setback with my back which has caused me to skip some gym sessions. Back was pretty jacked up again after completing a pretty gnarly drainage job last week then moving furniture around the yard in preparation for winter. Ended up back on pks for a few days to get me through work. Last night physio taped my back and I am amazed at how much better I feel this morning.

Workout:
Changing my workout philosophy from today. I will be following this series of movements:
In conjunction with my physio stuff. In a couple of weeks I will return to trx straps and pull up bar.

Food:
Pretty much every day looks like this:
Low carbs, high protein until madness begins to set in. I fast every day til noon now and I dont really feel hungry.

Its Wed 17th April.

I've bumped up my carb and total energy input this week, averaging arou d 2800cal with between 160 and 180g protein 230 and 250g carbs and 110 to 130g fat. Weightloss will likely stall but I am ok with that this week as I really need to perform work wise.

Gym highlights for the week:
Paused slow tempo bench, flat back 120kg 3x5
AMRAP wide grip pullup 15reps
Following Jeff Cavalier's back rehab exercises had massively improved my back and reduced pain. Rack pulled 40kg for 3x5 with "penis in" this morning, zero pain.

I am losing a lot of mobility now from not being able to squat. Ankles and knees are seizing up.

Regarding the iconogenin:
Stopped applying it at night after I realised it was bumping up my blood pressure and giving me headaches! However, I have noticed that while I was applying it I never got night cramps, and since I stopped taking it 5 days ago I have had night cramps twice. Interesting.

Not good for back and herniated discs, only soft tissue and tendons. I have some experience with it.
Figured it was more versatile, and systemic. A doctor I listened to stated the peptide repairs what it wants to repair, and when it had done it's job it moves to another area of the body to repair. Did you enjoy BPC?

That’s TB500 that hunts systemically. BPC is local. Not as local as some would have you believe, but if you are healing your shoulder and put it in your ass you’re going to be disappointed.

This doc claims it is more systematic than local. He says he uses it on his patients.

Oh he must know more than all of the thousands of other people who have had the most success using it locally 🤨

Believe what you want.
Why I'm asking questions, and researching. I don't doubt the localized benefits.

The doc is a quack. I used BPC when he was still taking upskirt pics from classmates at school.
TB500 is more systemic, like @Hyde said. Go ahead and try to fix a herniated disc with it, LOL. It also puts the bones of broken arms into place, using molecular-quackery-gravity. Damn, think for minute what a herniated disc is.

I used BPC most effectively together with PEG-MGF... well, not the time to discuss it here, as it does nothing for a "mechanical problem"like a herniated disc.

As long as it isn't a labrum tear, BPC helps, best with PEG-MGF. I did mornings MGF and before bed BPC. As near as possible to the injury. I pinned IM and used more bac-water to have more injectable volume, this way making sure it reaches the spot and covers it (a few drops may not get to the injury). Dosing protocol was : 1 vial lasted for 5 shots. You now have to figure out what the standard mg/vial are.

Found 10mg per vial. Not sure what type of injury it is. Have full range of motion, not too bad, I just know it aches, and hinders my lifts. Figured would be cheaper right now to try self repair before jumping the MRI gun.

You can self diagnose. Youtube has vids for it. Each injury has a specific rom limitation. If the pain isn't localized to one spot, I would try TB-500, right into your belly, a few inch left/right of the belly button with a slin pin. Thing is, the effective dosage for TB is WAY higher than touted on most websites, like 1.5mg for the first 3 days, then 1mg ed until healed. I know, because I know... don't ask. :)

Front, side, rear? :)

As close as possible -and not when its a tear in the labrum, because nothing fixes ruptured cartilage but time or surgery.

Planned to inject into my left delt
That would work fine with TB500. Because it’s very long-acting and takes weeks to build up, think 6 weeks to peak, you can pin it IM or subq anywhere - ideally twice a week. I would put it closer personally, and my left delt IM is what I used for my repaired left bicep distal tendon for first 5 weeks due to comfort and relative proximity to injury. Pinning subq near navel, like HGP stated, is the optimal spot for most fast-acting non-local peptides, & is certainly an effective comfy spot too. TB works anywhere. You need to be taking AT LEAST 4mg weekly. If money was no option I would take 10mg weekly for 12 weeks. Most people can’t afford that.

BPC is very fast acting and twice daily subq injection right by injury is preferred. 2-500mcg daily is what you want.

Basically if you buy 5mg vials of TB or BPC, put about a vial a week into your body.

As you already gonna be a lab rat, try the PEG-MGF with BPC to confirm my observation. I noted much faster healing than BPC alone. Not many people tried MGF for healing back then, will have a look if it got popular by now.

Ah, and I did not mix MGF in the same syringe with BPC. I tried mixing other peptides and got the impression, it destroyed them. Molecular bond of peptides is very weak and to my opinion could form new , useless bonds, in the same syringe. Probably not true for all peptides -but maybe some.

So need to save some money if I'm going to do this right. Also want to add mk677 as BPC enhances GH receptors.

This is what I did.

I was fully cleared by my surgeon to train today btw, 11 weeks after reattaching a completely severed distal biceps tendon. 5 weeks of TB500 (5mg IM once weekly) followed by BPC at 250mcg pinned twice a day local since then. Into my last vial of BPC now. Surgeon was impressed.

Also added 10g beef collagen peptides & a cup of blueberries daily, as well as fresh brewed green tea for a couple months. And I got at least 0.7-1.0 grams of protein per lb of total bodyweight daily religiously, and continued to train my healthy arm.
