Bench press going down

I for one go to the gym to make gainz. No one will deny me my gainz

do chest 1 to 2 days was doing low reps when started going down in weight tried more reps.gotten a little better but still down.stronger pretty much on everything else

That's not exactly telling me much. What exactly do you do?

Meanwhile, here's some good material on implementing basic periodization. Going in for a "chest day" and doing 225x5 one week and expecting 225x8 the next week doesn't always work out.

Also, a Deload week every now and then can really help. But yeah, you're being fairly vague here lol.

The bench specifically can vary with body weight. On a cut my squat will remain the same but my bench will drop slightly.

And can vary somewhat on a rather daily basis if you are pushing near max intensity at nearly every workout, (or as Sean eludes to using some cycle or periodization) which seems to be a focus for guys and the BP more than say other lifts.
You said you are still gaining on other lifts, so would it be so bad to keep them going or do a little more focus on the parts that are gaining and see if your BP regroups and you get a kick from the overall gain from the other lifts?

I think lots of times guy's BP's stagnate, ( in know mine did) because it is there pet lift or a lift they constantly want to improve and they get burned out some on it. Pulling back and ramping the intensity back up over some time to reach an even higher level, usually always worked for me in this situation. Also putting some time and focus into the exercises that are gaining quite well. Maybe that is also your body trying to balance up some!?
