Little history I’ve ran a cycle of DMZ about a 2 years ago. I’m 206 trying to lean down and keep muscle gains.
Calorie deficit of 1750.
Cycle:
Halodrol 250mg 1 tab a day for 30 days
Oats-Plex 310mg 2 tabs a day for 30 days
Support: Tudca, Fish Oils, probably will use some estro block or something.
Post cycle
Serm 40,20,10,10 clomid or I forgot what the other serm was it’s been a while.
Not sure where an accurate place to find serm need help there to run.
