Little history I’ve ran a cycle of DMZ about a 2 years ago. I’m 206 trying to lean down and keep muscle gains.
Calorie deficit of 1750.

Cycle:
Halodrol 250mg 1 tab a day for 30 days
Oats-Plex 310mg 2 tabs a day for 30 days

Support: Tudca, Fish Oils, probably will use some estro block or something.

Post cycle
Serm 40,20,10,10 clomid or I forgot what the other serm was it’s been a while.

Not sure where an accurate place to find serm need help there to run.

Really 250mg halodrol? MAResearch sells quality SERMs.

If it really is 250mg in a tab, see if you can cut them into thirds, and do a 12 week cycle. Cutting them into thirds will yield 80mg which is plenty sufficient of the compound. Clomid is usually 25mg for 4 weeks, and Tamox is usually 20mg for 4 weeks.

It wouldn't have been another Hi-Tech Pharmaceutical product would it?
Then, it wasn't DMZ, it was Epiandrosterone*.

This is DMZ
2,17-dimethyl-5-androstan-17-ol-3,3′-azine
There are other nomenclatures and clones, but you'd be taking 15mg not 250mg*.

NOW THEN.

First:
Halodrol (This is not Halodrol)

• 1-androstene-3b-ol, 17-one
• 4-androstene-3b-ol, 17-one
• Androsterone
• Androstenolone Acetate
• Rhaponticum carthamoides

Osta-Plex (This is not a SARM)

• 19-nor-androst-4-ene-17-one Enathate
• Eucommia Ulmoides
• 7-methoxy-8-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-2h-chromen-2-one

There is no Halodrol in that, and no Ostarine (SARM) either in Osta-Plex.

This is Halodrol:
4-chloro-17α-methylandrost-1,4-diene-3β,17β-diol

This is Ostarine:
MK-2866

Second:
If you were expecting Halodrol and Ostarine, get your money back.
Those look under dosed for Andros.

Third:
You're better off not going on cycle for this cut, it's garbage.
Proper nutrition / a bit more accuracy with your TDEE and deficit, and you'll be healthier for it.

Your profile says you weight 232 and are 4' 9" (5' 9"?) and a goal of 210.
You can easily lose 22 pounds without losing too much muscle to notice, in 2-1/2 months.
There are other ways my man.

I split that 250mg tab into 5 pieces to get 50mg dosage

How do you split a tab into 5's? 4's maybe but even then, this isn't the real Hdrol, or Osta.
It's going to be like adding water to water to dilute it... lol.
