It's not saying it's time for a change its saying its tired and I'm not listening. So as a treat I cleaned and filled up the hot tub. This season is among us. I can't wait to soak in it tonight.
Today's workout was more than a typical strong lifts routine which has proven muscle growth for me. I think I will follow strong lifts on my pct instead of lifted's murderous routines. I know I can gain strength on it. Plus I really like squats. lol. I get motivated for my lifts after squatting. Nothing like having a bar literally bending on your shoulders.
