Lol. That's why I asked. I didn't want to be hang cleaning a hex bar just so I could do incline presses. Talk about Dbaggery.
 
Lol yeah you can do it with a Swiss bar but I prefer dbs to really squeeze out a pump.

If you like Chuck's you may love the Reebok CF Lite 2.0 they are a bit wider but God do they lock your fit to the floor on lifts... I love mine.

I freaking love my chucks. I used to be strictly tennis shoes. Soft and fluffy soles. Then when I started squatting and pulling heavy they started killing my knees. Then I went to just socks and my wife said to stop cause I was ruining my socks. Lol. I've actually had these shoes for going on two years now. I wear them for the gym only. But they're starting to break in places. I was thinking about an actual lifting shoe next.

Ok. Here we go. I had to pace myself with the weights because I wanted to stay under 90seconds rest. For the most part my rest periods were 1 minute. I'm very happy with this routine. I really liked it lifted. I can't really flex my chest right now so it's just hanging out. Lol. I never do decline stuff so that wore me out quickly. I also couldn't do decline db because when I moved to do something the work crew came in and started replacing lights over the db section. So I hit the barbell. The incline canted my wrist weird but I muscled through it.

It always means that in my book. Lol. I'm doing some shoulders and arms today since I haven't hit shoulders this week.
 
I'm doing my shoulder buster workout tonight as well, Wednesday I threw in my bi monthly trap exercises lol cause well...they grow like hell with the least bit of stimulus.
 
I've been absent for a few day. Me and the misses took a vacation just the two of us for the weekend. We've been together ten years this week so we wanted some time together. It was nice to get away.

Today is chest and maybe arms or legs. Haven't figured it out yet. So long as I can squeeze it in. Taking three days off really messed up my schedules. I'm behind in school work now. But priorities baby. Gotta get them gainz.

Didn't get to lift yesterday so that sucked. When I don't lift I'm so tired and grumpy. When I lifted I'm pumped up all day and in such a better mood.

It was a super short lift. I had to go do something is better than nothing.

Three days off with doing nothing but eat and walking and I'm down two pounds. I was around 182-183 Friday and this morning I weighed 180. Geeze.
However, I am at the sweet spot now. I have a resting pump. My arms, shoulders, and chest look cut and hard all day now. Like I just got back from the gym. I really like that.
 
That's awesome. I'm trying to keep cutting. Arms feel small AF lol
 
I have just over one week left with this stack and I'm already getting sad. I'm gonna start on my pct when I'm down to about 4 days left. I hope my invictus will be in by then but I don't plan on starting it until this is officially over. I still haven't decided on my goals for pct. I don't know if I want to try and cut, maintain, or gain. Lol. So many choices
 
Try to maintain for 4 weeks. Or slightly about maintainence calories.
 
I think that's what I'm gonna do. I think I'm gonna do a high volume routine for the next four weeks. I might just copy every workout you do ;)

So my wife hates shopping for me. I was thinking an hid kit for my truck, then I was thinking a miter saw, then I was thinking new headphones or shoes. I think I'm gonna tell her to pick something out and not spend more than a hundred bucks. Ideas?

Tickets and hotel reservation to the next Arnold would be a good gift, but you'd have to wait till March... Can't go wrong with quality blue tooth gym headphones/buds though.
 
The Arnold is only like 2.5 hrs from here. A couple of my co workers go up each year. I'm hoping to go next year already.
