AMAZING PROGESS!Are you taking any gear? legal or otherwise? You actually look bigger musclewise than when you first start how much do you weigh right now beast?

No gear. Once I added Anagen into the mix I filled out more & got harder, kind of like that mini-pump-all-the-time look if that makes any sense. I currently take 1 Anagen and 1 Fenotest with all of my 6 meals. Obviously that isn't as strong as gear, but it obviously works well. That combined with Substance + Xtend during my workouts.

Diet wise I get 300 grams of protein and day and 90-120 grams of fat a day (15-20 grams with each meal).

Yes. I started the low-carb diet at 10% bf.

I should also point out that I am not doing a refeed right now, but rather just having a loose meal on the weekend. Sometimes it is pretty clean other times not so much. Last weekend I had Chicken Alfredo fettucini and a glass of wine for example.

Nice. I was conemplating going into CKD myself but dont think Im quite lean enough to implement it yet.

I should also point out that I am not doing a refeed right now, but rather just having a loose meal on the weekend. Sometimes it is pretty clean other times not so much. Last weekend I had Chicken Alfredo fettucini and a glass of wine for example.

My breakfast, which is eaten 1.5 hours pre-workout is:
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Milk
1.5 Scoops Chocolate Substance
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
When I was doing low carbs with a refeed my strength was suffering, but since eating this pre-workout I have been progressing again.
