Beastly Cutting/Recomp/Mini-********

Plus one pull up makes you a god.
The only good thing about being a fat kid living on the 2nd floor or above is that you get nice strong quads and hammies...

Yeah, but most of ya'll started scrawny, I started like jabba the hut (to keep the star wars sh*t goin :D)

Hell then I was as skinny as Princess Leia during Carrie Fisher's cocaine years lol. Whether you start out big or small only dictates what strategy you use to get in shape. The quality I respect is the dedication required to take your own personal weaknesses and overcome them to reach your goals.
To use an only moderately relevant example, when I see an obese man coming into the gym to walk on the treadmill, I never think "haha look at that fat guy running." Instead I always think "Fukc yea good for you man for coming in here and making sh1t happen!" Same goes for super skinny guys bench pressing the bar. Anyway, I'm probably a rare individual, but that's my perspective.

The important part is that, even though people might not be completely satisfied with their bodies, whenever they walk in front of the mirror, all they should see is a sexy beast staring back lol.

I hit 200lbs in intermediate school, then when i was 16 I was up at 260.... my body loved the carbs I was eating so much it kept it.

Understood, Just sayin. I think its more "socially acceptable" to be skinny trying to get big with androgens, whereas I'm using androgens to help shed fat at a supranatural rate while maintaining my muscle.

Jonny: I think that too, but the nagging voice (at this time of the year) always goes "yeah, but how long will they keep at it, and are they stopping at burger king for lunch after this?" LoL

ManBeast

I agree as long as they are progressing through their lifts. Seeing a obese man hit the tread mill for 5 minutes then leave and seeing a scrawny guy benching the bar for months at a time. Thats when I start questioning. Also when people curl in the squat rack and use the bench press for one arm rows but that's for a different reason.

I wish I had some pics from when I was 10 years old, pudgy eating mcdonalds. I hit 165 when I was 12 and remained that weight until 16 but I gained several inches in those years.

Sh1t son. I didn't hit 165 until I was halfway through college lol.

Honestly, if I had a little extra nutrition growing up, it would have taken so long to build up my muscle frame and I might be a bit taller. There's problems and benefits with every body type (except those dam.ned mesomorphs) so you work with what you got. I'm guessing the majority of guys on here have always been bigger though.

I think I suck a$$ at using steroids to cut. Within two weeks I feel like I get too skinny and go back to bulking. Never felt like they did anything for my muscles on low calories. Didn't even feel like j was on anything.

Anyone know what Arnold's diet was like when competing? Do bodybuilders lower calories or still keep them high when shredding?

I dodged a massive bullet not getting diabetes. Now I am just big. Although good thing is putting on weight is easy to me and if I just eat my normal food I just maintain weight, and still gain muscle.

Yeah, I dodge the diabetic bullet, the gout bullet, and the stupid bullet :D

Lol I like to be unrealistically hopeful, but 9 times out of 10 you're absolutely right. It's usually a fundamental misunderstanding of (or lack of discipline about) proper nutrition and calories, not activity in the gym. Usually they end up right back where they started or even heavier after vicious cycles of crash dieting and binging. But I digress..

I'm not easily frustrated, but people curling in the squat rack, especially when I have leg day, is a deal breaker. Granted I'm gonna be very polite about it and suggest the proper alternative, but that sh1t's not gonna fly in my gym.

ManBeast how is cardio and dieting going? I have found that the stair machine is the devil and was created by a man who hated anyone who weighs more then 100lbs.

F*ck the stair machine, elliptical or bikes for me at this point since my Y doesn't have a rower. Cardio is going... I still hate all forms of non-bedroom (well usually bedroom :D) cardio with a passion...

ManBeast

How is the clen going?

Clen? Haven't touched it yet, will be doing it with the cycle. Just finishing up a 2 week run of OEP and alpha t2, taking the alpha t2 out and adding it Reduction PM starting tomorrow so I can have 4 weeks off of the thyroid stuffs before going onto dexaprine.

ManBeast

Getting the results you want?

Yes, amazingly! I'm truly impressed at how far OTC stuffs have come in the last few years honestly.

ManBeast

so i just added up the total cost for my first cycle.....nearly 500 bones!!! i am really excited to see what i can truly gain out of this. thank you for the advise so far. im looking forward to getting the actual cycle mapped out.

what kind of circuit do most people run when they are on cycle?

one of the most impressive things thus far is how well informed you are. i dont mean to insult, but ive been reading on all the info you have given me and it has all been spot on. the hardest part has been gaining accurate knowledge of this subject, and you have really helped

I try, this isn't something I (or anyone) should approach casually, and there is no way in hell I'd take offense at anyone looking into what I say, as a matter of fact, I suggest it in my signature :D

Everyone is different on how they train, and it also boils down to the compounds used/goals for a cycle. In a nutshell here's how I like doing it:
bulk: pure hypertrophy the whole time
cut: strength trainig with a bit of hypertrophy mixed in to give my joints/tendons a break
recomp: mostly hypertrophy with a bit of strength mixed in if I feel the need to switch things around during the cycle.

I tend to plan my workout "changes" to lead perfectly into a cycle.

ManBeast

would you change when you hit pct. i.e. 4 weeks hypertrophy then 4 week ptc ???
and is there a good thread on a 4-8 week hypertrophy work out i could model my cycle work out off of?

fyi....ive been doing a lower weight work out with four sets of 15 reps. i dont like it, but i made a deal with a friend that i would try it for 8 weeks. i have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks and i am not the size to be losing weight. im 6-1ish and 186lbs with 10%bf. i was sick this week so that added to the loss in weight but still i am going the wrong way.

my goal is to hit 205lbs by this time next year.

For pct you do a bit of a de-load the first week, and then I go back to a hypertrophy to help hold the gains, but you have to be very careful to not overtrain and push too hard during pct.

Ok, minor mini-update as I just finished a 2 week run of OEP combined with Alpha T2(day)/shift(night).

I was dosing 1x alpha t2 and one OEP in the morning and early afternoon, and 1x shift at night pre-bed.

The Bad: The most hardcore stim-dick I've had in a long time! Good thing it is cold here right now so I have an excuse, but holy sh*t! (Note: did not effect errection size). I think this was due to the alpha t2, because now that I'm just using OEP, it isn't happening at all (or noticably).

The Good: Awesome burn, felt warmer all day, definitely lost some flab.

Verdict: I'll definitely run this combo again sometime.

Are you planning on running this for the full 4 weeks?
I know another member compared this stack to the cutting effects of ECA. So I am very interested in using it. I've run both in other stacks but never the same time. Perhaps I can use it to lead into my cut cycle. ;)

Nah, I'm switching to OEP and ReductionPM today so I can have 4 weeks off the thyroid thingies before i hit up the dexaprine.

ManBeast

Pants feeling looser? Also it appears you are killing this cutting cycle, keep up the good work.

Pants are, and my shirts are gettin baggier, thank the lawd almighty! (well, in this case the various suppliment companies whose revenues I raised slightly) :D

ManBeast

How is the recomp going?

Not at that stage yet, although my body is responding well to the 6-8 rep range and I keep adding small increments on just about all my lifts each time they come around. The cut is nice, the OEP/REDuctionPM stack isn't quite as potent as OEP/alpha T2/Shift, but it is nice being on slightly lower stims for a bit.

ManBeast

Yeah stims are a bit nutty. I am kinda lucky to have a high tolerance. Is your strength still going up?

Yes, I'm going to hit a few weeks of even lower reps on the big compounds here soon (3-5) but keep the accesories in the 6-8 to avoid too much stress on the joints/tendons etc.

ManBeast

I have been sticking to 8-12 reps but notice that my narrow grip bench my wrists are popping. I might have to lower reps in a few weeks.

My body hates going aerobic, always has, and probably won't ever like it much due to my crap for lungs (despite a huge ribcage, my lungs have always been crap, 60% on a peak flow meter was a good day for me), so I try not to take much above 12 reps ever, and I just seem to respond better below them as well. I'll do a rest-pause set of squats or leg press every now and then, but I really don't do high-rep work, my recovery time is just too frickin long.

ManBeast

Do you smoke?

nope, figured being asthmatic it would be a stupid habit to start. and when i did do the mary jane in college, it was vaporized or ate :D

ManBeast

So as not to hijack Dylan's thread anymore:

Operation Bathroom Incense was a stellar success :D

ManBeast

I feel honored to have improved you relationship and bathroom odor.

Ok time for a mini-update as I will be doing my last dose (for now) of OEP and ReductionPM today.

Not nearly as potent as OEP + AT2 + Shift, but still effective, and a little less up and down on the stims I feel. The letdown from OEP alone is a bit less harsh than the OEP + AT2.

Tomorrow I'll be adding creatine back into the mix as I've hit a small plateau and feel the endurance from it will help tremendously.

For the next two weeks I'll be on VPX meltdown as my primary fatburner and taking a break from the Revamp, as it should be cycled or mini cycled.

I've made a few changes to my cycle plan, including adding in a SARM for 6 weeks before (the GW-501516 one) and switching to a mild dose of t3 during instead of using tt-33 (go hard or GTFO!). I'll be updating the front page with that shortly.

Overall happy with my progress, a full notch in belt size drop at this point (1 month), plus feeling fuller and stronger, although my cardio endurance (which has always been sh*t due to asthma, allergies, and crappy tiny lungs), is coming back slower than anything else.

I can relate I recently had 1/2 of my right lung removed due to scar tissue due to untreated pneumonia (they said It was a gall bladder problem until my lung collapsed)

Congrats on the weight loss...

Ouch HWD, I read about that in your other thread, sorry man. Mine was diagnosed as bronchitis for years until they decided it was actual asthma...

Thanks Aaron :D

Wanted to add that reductionPM gave me vivid lucid dreams a few times, nothing super trippy, but it was kinda fun as 99% of the time I don't remember my dreams.

Keep on killing it dude.

nice crush then next 6 weeks then its hella time!!!

r u using creatine mono, and what do you think about meltdown?

using CEE, and meltdown is *ok* this is a 2-week "deload" part of my cut using a mild cruise of a cutter lol.
