peer pressure and being in college... kinda hard to stay away from it all when all my friends are partying and drinking. Not gonna do it anymore though for a while so I'll be good.

Day 20

Did light weight high rep arms today, i weighed in at 250 which is insane. My 3 week cut is also starting today so I'm going to lower my cals a little bit and try to lean out but keep the muscle with the help of epi and sd.

Also the only reason im taking forma is because I've read it is a good addition to a cycle and my friend who is also doing a sd is cycle is taking it and having good results.

Cuttin down calories is going well, im gonna eat between 2,500 to 3,000 calories per day in the next 3 weeks for my spring break cut haha, hopefully ill keep my strength with the help of Beastdrol and Havoc.

Planned on doing legs today, on my 1st set of squats my knee started to hurt real bad, i dropped the wait and tried to do another set but i couldnt even get 1 rep because of my knee. Ive never had problems with my knee before so i probably strained something i guess. I ended up doing a full body workout instead and some cardio.

Haha i haven't stopped tokin... and when i do smoke the last thing I wanna do is look at my text book, and I have the worst munchies in the world. I can seriously eat like 6k calories after a few bowls of some good. And i used straps for the dead lift.
 
Day 31

Did back and tris today. This epistane is making me feel amazing. I'm looking huge in the gym. Strength is through the roof, i decided to take it easy on deadlifts though so I finished off with 405x7. Had like 5 people ask me if im on anything. I'm gonna do a mega dose of epistane for the last 2 weeks of the cycle, I already made up my mind so no one tell me that it's a bad idea. So my final cycle outline is gonna look like this.

kudos man! and i dont think anyone is going to tell ya not to run the epi at 50. you are a pretty big fella and each person has to evaluate how they react to it. if 50 is your sweet spot then go for it.

Did shoulders and arms (low weight) today, hit dumb bell military press 80x12 easily, would of probably went to 100's but didnt have a spotter and my shoulder joints are a little sore. Starting EC stack today! I also got a scale so I'm going to start weighing myself in the morning before I eat

It's impossible especially if all you're roommates smoke every 3 hours >< and im on a super cut right now so i've actually been controlling my munchies pretty well finally

Chest and bi's today, Im down a lot of weight but I've been doing some intense cutting and my strength is still almost all there. Did bench @ 135x20, 185x12, 225x10, 255x6, 275x3.

Did legs, chest, and tris. Changing up my workout to fit this keto diet. This is my second day on keto and I think its truly an amazing diet for losing fat and maintaining muscle. I look so jacked today! strength is higher if anything and I'm down about 25lb from the start of my cut. I did 100's on dumb bell chest press and dumb bell incline pretty easily.

Day 5 on Keto diet and im noticing drastic changes in my bodyfat which is awesome!

Did my depletion workout for keto today. And carbed up for half the day and went a little overboard lol. Once i ate that first carb i couldnt stop eating (plus i was high)

Took 2 off days this week since Im returning to a basic 3 day split workout routine. Carbed up from Friday at 12 pm till Sunday night. Back to keto this morning (Monday). Gained like 8 pounds from the carb up which is probably all water weight but my muscles look so much fuller!

I will write a review on my cycle and update you guys on my pct once i get back from south padre spirng break :) (Im in day 4 in PCT right now and everything is going well.)
