hey fellas, been reading the forums for a while now but new to posting.
30 year old male

wake up, take 1 super HD, multi vitamin and fish oil, eat 2 boiled egg whites then 30 minutes of cardio and abs monday through friday, come back drink a protein shake
lunch is usually a salad or sandwich
around 1 i take another super hd
small snack
around 6-7 i go back to the gym to lift:
Mondays and Thursdays i do chest and bicepts
tuesdays and fridays i do back and tris
come home drink a protein shake
dinner is usually veggies and meat. Either chicken, fish or turkey.
Well I've been looking for something more and seen the whole SD ban and beastrol thing. so i decided to take advantage of it before it goes, plus it was buy one get one. Im new to that whole area and really would like some expert advice. should i still take my super hd? or what should i stack this with? i wanna get bulk and lean but don't wanna blow up and i wanna keep my gains as much as possible.
For my PCT i seen this stack and was wondering if this is all i will need or what else i will need with it.Perfect Post Cycle Therapy Stack
