Beastdrol stack?

hey fellas, been reading the forums for a while now but new to posting.

30 year old male
5'8
210

wake up, take 1 super HD, multi vitamin and fish oil, eat 2 boiled egg whites then 30 minutes of cardio and abs monday through friday, come back drink a protein shake

lunch is usually a salad or sandwich

around 1 i take another super hd

small snack

around 6-7 i go back to the gym to lift:
Mondays and Thursdays i do chest and bicepts
tuesdays and fridays i do back and tris

come home drink a protein shake

dinner is usually veggies and meat. Either chicken, fish or turkey.

Well I've been looking for something more and seen the whole SD ban and beastrol thing. so i decided to take advantage of it before it goes, plus it was buy one get one. Im new to that whole area and really would like some expert advice. should i still take my super hd? or what should i stack this with? i wanna get bulk and lean but don't wanna blow up and i wanna keep my gains as much as possible.

For my PCT i seen this stack and was wondering if this is all i will need or what else i will need with it.Perfect Post Cycle Therapy Stack

As for pct I'd throw in a SERM, SD is pretty suppressive from what I've read. I can't say from first hand experience with SD, only other prohormones ive used and the recovery in pct is MUCH faster with the use of a SERM.
 
A SERM is 100% necessary with Superdrol. Also, you don't do legs.....??

Might want to wait on a cycle. Seems like you may need to get your diet in check before you actually get into a cycle because as your diet looks right now you're not eating a whole lot.

Thanks for the responses!! i do legs on wednesday, and shoulders when i do abs, just shrugs though.

what should i adjust my calorie intake to when i do start this since what my diet is now isn't enough? i don't plan on starting it right when it gets in, want to get everything in order first.

the serm and others mentioned for pct seems like a good complete pct. So as far as stacking during cycle what should i use?
 
A good SERM is absolutely necessary. Clomid will work best with SD, but I had some Nolva sitting around and used it 40/20/20/10 during PCT. I gained 14lbs on on a 4-week run of SD; it's been 32 days since my last SD dose and I've lost only 5 of those pounds. Strength has also stuck around. Set 2 PRs during PCT. I did not use Beastdrol. There are cheaper versions around - even with the BOGO sale.

Agreed...I was shopping around today that had some for around 18 bones.
 
Hey deadlifter, hope i don't sound like a dumbass but I'm new to this whole thing, so with that being said, what does it mean to cycle 40/20/20/10???

Also do you know what I should take the 4 weeks with the SD? And for the 4 weeks after before the pct?

Are you new to lifting? I was under the impression that most the gains from SD are glycogen. The fact you kept that much after cycle makes me wonder if you either just kept quite a bit of fat, or kept muscle because you are still well under your genetic potential. Either the case....congrats on a successful cycle.

He was talking about the dosage of the serm (nova aka tamoxifen citrate ) .. Take ur usual staples ,vitamins, oils and what not.. Might wanna add in a pre workout . Due to sd causes lethargy .. And also might wanna add a low dose of e control or some kind of estrogen reducer. Forma will also work .. As for pct definetly get a serm (nova or clomid) . And also some daa u should be fine ..

Nooooo, I'm not new to lifting at all. I'm an old guy compared to most on this forum. For my size I'm fairly lean (see post #25 for a pic - Invalid Link Removed); I do have some abs and obliques poking through. Since I am a competetive powerlifter I don't care much about how I look, only how much I lift. I just know how to eat properly.

You REALLY need to do a lot of reading before you venture into the world of PHs, my friend. Don't just ask what to take. You should also understand WHY you're taking it. The more educated/informed you are the less likely you will screw it up for yourself.

Are you just opening your mouth and letting whatever comes to mind spill out? It's not my cup of tea but I prefer my heart to NOT explode in my chest. Save your pre workout for PCT where you'll need it most. Whatever happened to just plain ol fashion good sleep and eating?

And why the fu*k would you need estrogen control on cycle for a compound that does not aromatise into estrogen?!
 
Thunder humper, why don't u get your head out your ass and realize there is more goin on outside of all this to be smarter at. A lot of guys are experienced and knowledgable about this stuff hence why I'm seeking advice. For an infantry army vet, with no college and clearing 100k a year, I figure I must be smart at something u moron.

Dead lifter, thanks for the advice. It will sit up in my cabinet till I know I'm ready. I just started researching all this last week.

Hey douche bag I'm just giving my advice . I have run sd and I'm still living from using a pre workout with it .. Oh and also I never got gyno from it like some users have.. So stuff it

You don't get gyno from SD. You get it from your natural test levels rising back to normal which creates a rapid influx in estrogen post cycle.
 
This thread is super funny. I still find it hard to believe you really don't need any preventative supps with SD other than liver care

While were on the subject.....you should still take a all in one cycle support for blood pressure, cholesterol, prostate and so forth. Super Drol, being a strong methyl, is more notorious for F***ing up your liver so most people consume them selves with simply covering their 'liver.'

Barbacoa is awesome. I make it myself and put it into burritos with rice, cheese and salsa. So good.

On another note, Life Support from AI Sports pretty much covers the SD body destruction for the most part.

Gyno is obviously something to worry about duhh! No one wants that u tard.. And if my head was up my a$$ it would most likely smell like **** lol..

I have 4K posts, only a dec '11 join date, but have been doing this internet thing since '00 on elite fitness ....and have been working out/living the lifestyle for 25 years....So I'm a fckin "vet", and it has nothing to do with my posts or join date or rep on here :D

If you're clearing 100k then go pay a ****ing doctor for some test. Or a lesson on how to use it dip****. You're a stinky smelly troll *******, next time you decide to stick your thumb in your ass, be sure to twist it for me
