my favorite motivaional qoute is 'you can't do that', inspires the hell out of me to just do it to prove i can......i try to live by the golden rule, but i often fail..it is often very hard to 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'-there just seems to be so many really rotten people these days!!! anyone else notice that people seem even more mean spirited this christmas season than they usually are???

#2 one of my favorite questions is, what supps are u taking? This is motivational too me cause it means im doing something right. Granted usually when im on cycle but hey my second motivational quote is "DO WORK, SON!!! lol I say it and then I do it...

Im not artsy even the slightest bit, trying to figure out my own 12 days of christmas just made my brain hurt this early in the morning so i'll be the first to post it for others lol.
 
12 bounced checks, 11 court summuns, 10 babys mommas, 9 11 calls, 8 pawned tools, 7 nights alone, 6 late bills, 5 frozen pizzas, 4 flat tires, 3 stds, 2 beautiful kids and only 1 day in the gym.

12 squatters a squatting. 11 cable rows a rowing 10 deadlifters a lifting 9 snatchers a snatching. 8 rowers a rowing 7 benchers a benching 6 posers a posing. 5 plates a side 4 stair climbers a climbing 3 protein shake 2 preworkouts and an elliptical and a stair machine.
 
On the 12th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me 12 reps repping, 11 gifters gifting, 10 bulkers bulking, 9 cutters cutting, 8 free samples, 7 new products, 6 Prohormones, 5 sets of five, 4 aromitase inhibitors, 3 hours in the gym, 2 selective estrogen receptor modulators, and 1 FL3XER FL3XING lol and a partridge in a pear treeeeeeeee!!!!

Lol I was wondering...it seems kinda dead here today!
I wont have access to a computer til I get to work after 6 so I will randomly pick the winner then.

My waitress sucked so i ate and didn't get a pic of my food but i had
Sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions 2eggs over medium hasbrowns. 2 regular pancakes and 2 red velvet pancakes boy it was good

My weekend workout routine is awesome, i always go to the gym mid-day saturday and sunday and its empty so i just go ape-sh*t everywhere being a spider monkey on the pullup bars actually using the hip abducter machine without having to look around to see if any hot girls are staring laughing at me :guilty:. Maybe.....Maybe... Even getting in a quick session of zumba just by myself if time permits but usually i skip that.

But in all seriousness my weekends are my two heaviest days i do heavy legs on saturday and heavy upper body sunday, my saturday i start with squats about 5-7 sets then go to either front squats or SLDL, then Lunge jumps with weights some pylometrics and calf raises. Then my sunday my main lifts are Rack Pulls, Flat/Incline Press, Shrugs, Weighted Pullups to name a few and get some good solid cardio in.
