But in all seriousness my weekends are my two heaviest days i do heavy legs on saturday and heavy upper body sunday, my saturday i start with squats about 5-7 sets then go to either front squats or SLDL, then Lunge jumps with weights some pylometrics and calf raises. Then my sunday my main lifts are Rack Pulls, Flat/Incline Press, Shrugs, Weighted Pullups to name a few and get some good solid cardio in.
