back today..
bent over row, up to 265, i was having grip issues, only hit 5 reps at the top weight so i went back down to 225 to burn the crap outta my back. boy did it work.
pull downs, up to 175 with the dreaded 4010 and triple drop set at the end.
db rows, started at 65 went up to 100 for sets of 8. 10lb intervals. 2 sets at 100
reverse rope pull overs 4 sets of 8 4010
shrugs with a 2-3 second pause in the contracted position. 3 sets of 15. ouchies.
and for the injury.. the ass holes in my gym cant f*cking rack weights properly to save their lives. our trees have little red caps. if you cant see the cap you need to put it on another branch of the tree. pretty common sense. usually i notice when plates are over stacked and i move them before they slide off the tree and on my toe. well. about 2 weeks ago i missed it. right on my baby toe. its been bugging me to wear shoes toe nail is black and falling off, cant bend it so im walking a bit flat footed. didnt think anything of it. went to hit toe raises with a bb on the smith today. guess who thought of their toe when they could feel bones shifting in a fashion they shouldnt?! yep this guy. sooo, im gonna have to start taping my toes or some sh*t till it heals up and even worse news i wont be doing calf presses for a while, the one exercise i really really really need since my calves are pretty embarassing.
anyways, good workout, good intensity. think nutrition may be lacking i hit that wall while i was lifting today, got really shaky, like cns style, guess im gonna up my cals a little bit.
for kat, should be going to the beauty store this weekend, the 'ol lady's gonna get me all waxed up so i'll get a few pictures posted up for every one. i look like a fcuking fuzzy ass black bear right now.. lmao.
Man that sucks about the toe! Even if it was just a little 5 lb plate, that would still hurt like crazy! Didn't break anything did it?

hit some arms today. i think it took 35 minutes total. did 16 sets each. 4 supersets 4 sets each super set
vbar pd ss flat bar curl 4 sets
skull crushers ss db curls
spider curls ss over head tricep extension
reverse grip push down ss "superman" curls
arms are full of blood. feels real good.
so far no gripes over the forma. holding e2 down very well with 2 squirts am 2 squirts pm and 25mg ed of trestolone.
I'm noticing the same with fat burning and I'm honestly keeping my diet fairly loose nothing too absurd. About 2600cals 125 carbs 75 fat the rest protein. And it's not all desirable carbs... Lol I haven't measured though. Weights stayed with in 5 lbs of the start. The week after July 4 I'll be tightening things up dietary-wise. Gonna be interesting. Starting at 2500 cals working down to 1750 then back up. We'll see how well I survive.Yeah I'm doin about 4-6 squirts per day with 25mg Trest as well. Btw, I'm gettin excellent fat burning effects at this dose. I've lost .5" on my waist and zero weight change since moving to 25mg/ED.

No no, sry - she rides an exercise bike 5 days/wk, works in the yard, works only 30 hours/wk now that she's retired, keeps her home clean as a whistle. I just meant that her job isn't physical like mine & she doesn't lift or anything. She keeps her weight at 170 at 5'7" w/ double dds & decent hips. But she really does eat around 16-1900 cal/day most of the time.
