Lol honestly bro I missed the making light off it. Not offended in the least just figured I'd put out some explanation.

Well, at least it's not as bad as the guy I saw at walmart last night. One side was just a moob while the other side looked like a perky teen tit sticking straight out. I thought he might be a she (a butch) but then I saw him walking down another aisle and could see his face. Pretty sure anabolics use wasn't what caused his.

I've had traces since puberty. Anabolics hasn't added much. I keep it very controlled.
 
Where do you typically apply?

I'll speak for me and only me as i dont watch anyone else apply. i stick to the thinner skinned areas of my body. stomach, inner arms, traps, inner thighs, occasionally pecs, backs of my knees and foot tops.


as i mentioned yesterday i upped my formabolic dose. maybe placebo may be 100% legit or i may have just fcking murdered my legs today so the pump is all me. definitely noticed a little something though. libido isnt quite as high. weird, maybe got a little prolactin coming back up i havent dosed my cabergoline in a while. maybe i'll hit a few mgs of that this week.

ham curls top set was 120. i pyramided up to it with a 3010 rep count

squats- 135, 225 warm up. Reverse banded work sets 275x5 315x5 365x5 405x3 burn down 225x12. i worked a 3 sec negative with the bands. i actually had to focus on using my hams to pull into the hole as i was getting to about an inch above parallel. the bands and my height worked so well together though. the big assist was where i need it, past half way it was all me.

banded leg press, 320, 410, 500, 590 all for 8 reps

db bulgarian split squats 20x10 30x10 40x8 drop 30x7 drop 20x6

db sldl 50x15

Thank you :-). 2.5 years ago 135 below parallel was a challenge on squats. I'm pleased with my progression but it's never enough!

What strength band on the reverse bands? I used a pair of Average 41in" bands about 10 days out from the meet, & it felt like I had motherf'n superpowers - 445 was considerably easier than 405 straight weight lol; I think it knocked a solid 100+lbs off of the holeshot. Average is probably too strong for a non-geared lifter honestly; I think I'll be sticking to lights, minis, & micros for the most part.

Backs looking way more defined than just a couple months ago man.

Incline machine press. 4x10 with a 4012 cadence.

Decline bb 4x8 3010

Flat db 4x10

Side laterals superset band side laterals 4x8. Band side Lats really pushed the burn down deep

Rear pec deck 4x20

Over and backs 4x8


All she wrote. Forearm pumps were obscene today for no real apparent reason. Chest and delts are on par as well. Felt great. Had to peel my shirt off before I got in my truck to keep my seat dry. Got some looks from by passers in the lot. I was all full of blood.

Love it. I feel like it's perfect to pair since your shoulders work a lot in all pressing movements. Really leaves them pumped to hell at the end of the day. I get nice striatons at the end of a good lift and I'm still a bit fluffy.
 
Chest & shoulders are a great combo; massive tie-in - especially if you're utilizing military presses & dips (and/or reverse-grip benchpress), you might as well consider triceps thrown in for free if you do it right.

Truth. All of that stuff works so closely together in all 3 groups of movement. My tri's are just as pumped at the end as a tricep day just about.

My shoulders were screaming at me this morning as I was training! They were reiterating the fact that they work with chest and I trained chest on Tuesday! Haha
 
very very very upset with my self. i went in to the gym with the plan to smash back AND calves. someones back is dead lying on the floor at the gym. so dead they totally spaced calves. :-(

db rows. 55,65,75,85x8 one set each. 100x8x4

lat pull downs with a neutral shoulder width grip, 3010 negative, 100x8 120x8 140x8 160x8 drop 140x4 drop 120x5

low cable rows 4010 4x8 120, 140, 160. last set was a drop set back down.

1h pull downs on the hs machine. 45x8, 90x8x2 4010

heres what did me in... rack deads. 365. 1 set of 10 with 10 seconds between each rep to reset and breathe. well i ripped off 7 of them. started to round my back a bit so i dropped to 315. rounded my back on 315. apparently i was tired. called it at 8. absolutely torched.


still staying semi dry, getting good pumps and no new gyno as of yet with the formabolic. all good on that front.

on the job front, i have a company asking to come in for interviews, L3 got back to me and told me they hired from with in for the position i interviewed for, however they have to backfill the spot they hired out of and they want me to apply and interview for it. i'll hear back out about interview times for that. boeing counter offered my counter offer. i think theyre just playing games. they offered 3 grand more, which is like 12 grand too little to go sit and rot in a desert for 2.5 years away from friends and family. maybe i'll raise the amount i countered for see what they have to say...

unemployment forgot to pay me again. i have $13.50 in my checking acount for the next week. gonna be a loooong boring weekend, god i hope my girlfriend got paid. LMAO.

On a good note your back session was killer! Sorry about the job issue and the fukin unemployment, dumbasses! I'm still waiting on my test results for my job, nothing like dragging it out, it couldn't be more suspenseful.

No need to be sorry about the situation. I'm surviving ;-). And I'm somewhat to blame. I left a job for a contract (to direct ) position. Shouldn't have bought in on that. I knew in the back of my mind I was gone once I caught them up. Unemployment not paying is inexcusable. There's probably a few people who's only job is to click a button that says pay. How does that get messed up?! State workers FTW!

That's how l3 has been. Telling me a week or two taking a month to respond. Dragging it out. Very tough. I feel your pain there. Lol.

Yeah your chest is pretty massive; definitely not something that needs extra attention.

Don't sweat the calves - you can smash em next time.

If you KNOW you're not gonna take the Boeing gig without a bigger offer, there's absolutely no reason not to counter their counter-offer. Right now you're not taking the job, so if they happen to bite your counter it's all upside. If not, no loss on your end. And as for L3, like you said all you can do is play that waiting game. You'll make it work til then. Life has a stubborn tendency to find a way when it seems like there is none.
 
well. hit up the 'ol armbones today. really really wasnt into the lift... we all get those days its how we push through that makes us. not only did i still manage to smash some weight and get a decent pump, but i received a few compliments that made my day AND i was able to help an old friend tweak a few lifts to make them more effective... he asked, i dont solicit unless im being asked.

first compliment was my old friend saying im looking fckin huge, jacked and lean. that was pretty nice. its good to hear the hard work is paying off. the second was this monster, 6'2" 295 on a small day. he was like dude youre tightening up big time, what do you weigh, i kinda smirked and said im up 5lbs at 230. i've been a little sloppy with the diet, not horrid but could be tighter. he told me he wants to look like i do now for his wedding in 6 months. that was one of those compliments that just makes you smile man. great mood, defnitely feel like working my ass off is paying off.

anyways, no estro issues still. still at 6 squirts a day. joints are drying, gonna back it down to 4 and see how they feel.

onto the lift. nothing nutty. about 8 sets of various weight vbar pd to warm up and get the first work sets in.

cgbp up to 265 with no spot for sets of 8 with a nice slow negative. burned down at 135. i htink i pushed it 30x. maybe more. lost count.

skull crushers with the 4010 count and 85lbs.

db curls. 5 sets with a drop.

cable curls super man style with slow negatives and a triple drop at the end. pretty pumped for a slower paced work out. i needed a slow day like that it felt good.
 
I love the compliments at the gym or anywhere. It definitely lets you know that all the hard work, dieting, training, etc. is being noticed.

I'm running 25mg/day IM. Form is holdin that down just fine with 150mg, split into two doses a day.

Think I'm gonna hop on like 20mg of Ostarine once I finish my Millenium stack, since it's summer & I should prob push my diet towards the deficit end of recomp (float trip in a month) but nobody likes losing muscle. Formabolic would be PERFECT with it; we had temporarily sold out at Orbit when I placed my most recent order. Thinking just a few pumps/day should keep my gyno nice & happy! Feedback has been awesome; I know I wasn't very impressed with BLR's Formeron.

Get crazy with hit. Some salt & spices go a long way. You could get those fake butter/cheese powders or a ranch spice mix to really take it up a notch. Tastes like broccoli popcorn. Some of the highest protein greens I've ever seen too - 5oz has like 7g. You might eat half of that, but it's still cool I think :)
