Alright boys and girls tomorrow marks 45 days out! Holy shyt where did the time go. Between this prep, and studying for my real estate exam I'm swamped lol. But I freaking love the challenge. This is how we better ourselves day in day out. Fock yeah.

Starting the HT2 tomorrow. This week was kinda messed up so tomorrow is another cardio only day (fasted). Today went well.

Some supp notes

I'm loving this C20 tbh. I believe it's fully kicking in or close to it anyway. This week my skin feels a lot tighter and my muscles feel the hardest they ever have. I believe my strength is actually up a bit, I'm just gauging off my back workout the other day ill have a better idea on Friday with arms. Endurance is actually up also, which without having my micro every day I figured it would tank. The first week without it it did but since I started the c20 and HIIT it's back. Still not sure what to think if black Oxy eca. The first couple days were great but I'm really crashing about mid morning and the thermo effect has diminished significantly. Not as strong (at least for me) as I had heard or expected.

I ran out of MBCAAs :-(. That shyt goes fast. I'm also dosing one cap of PoweFULL b4 bed which is resulting in the best sleep I've had with no grogginess.

45 focking days guys I'm focking jacked if you couldn't tell lol. Talked to coach tonight about fish :-/. He said we will probably add it in at the 4 week mark at 2-3 meals/day. I have a 200.00 Costco gift card I've been saving so I'm ditching that nasty tilapia and getting some swai, cod and halibut. Should be good. Also he told me to start tanning my white ass a couple times a week so I don't turn orange when puts the tanner on me. I hate tanning but whatever.

Great chest/shoulder wo today. I'm bringing volume and strength focus focus down and only focussing on intensity and mind muscle connection as I get closer.

15 min HIIT stairs

Rest periods were 1m on incline Bb press the rest were between 30-45 sec. Another note I got laughed at while I was doing my drop set with just the bar on over and back presses, felt stupid for a min then I just took my hoodie off for the rest of my shoulder work and the separation and vascularity was awesome and those two didn't look at me again lol. I would like to just take some of these people through a MD workout just to give them an idea.

I'm in love with MD training. I did phase one and two but now I'm keeping the same split and just incorporating the exercises into my modified version of it as I get closer. I will most likely be running it again to a T after this competition and plan on growing like a weed!

Slow work...as in going slow and focusing on both the eccentric and concentric motions. After doing HIT for a couple weeks now i can tell it makes a huge difference when you really pay attention and control the stretch and the contraction. The "slow work" is crucial to that mind/muscle connection!

But you knew all this already! Lol keep killing it. I wish i was a little hit closer to your neck of the woods so i could come see the competition

Last two days were fasted cardio days. Today was arms and what a great session it was. Taking the volume down a notch and really trying to feel the muscle work. Pump was crazy and Hyper T2 has me sweating like a pig lol.

Honestly that version, like the one you posted a video of, I wasn't entirely impressed. Lol I'm sure it's my form but I usually do them standing straight up which I really feel in the upper triceps. These not so much.

Haha. Yeah, the form can take a little practice. I like the stretch they provide when letting the bar get behind your head.
 
I didn't realize this was a Physique, man you look fantastic for physique right now. I was thinking you needed a little bit more thickness to do really well in a BB show but you would hold your own. However for a Physique you look great you really are ahead of the game there.

more guys (competitors) seem to be getting better at conditioning these days, it seems, lotta info out there to go by
bean you would have a great shot to bring some sick conditioning to the table, if you were doing a bb show..
obviously you don't want to do that, as that is not what they are looking for in physique, but still..

I do completely understand and agree with what you're saying. I believe that's why my coach does so well he's not the biggest but his conditioning is always on.

I think hopefully by this time next year I can do bbing as long as I keep the off season clean and I'm able to bring my legs up a bit. BB squats will help ;-)

Alrighty peeps. I am excited to say that the fine folks at EBF have been nice enough to send me some AAv2 and recompadrol for these last 6 weeks. I am vevry excited asa I am getting low on AP and I loved AAv2 the last couple times I ran it so this is a win win. Plus I have new dosing instructions to help me avoid some GI issues with recompadrol. I went and edited the title of this thread as things have changed and thought this was appropriate. Should be a fun final 6 weeks.

Yes sir I had great success with aav2 in the past, and I'm excited to try the dosing protocol he have me with the recomp. Two very solid products!

Ladder Push-ups (my favorite finisher) we don't have chains or anything so all body weight
No rest
Lowest setting - 41
Mid setting - around 18
Higher setting - 16 I believe

My chest was on fire after this. All sets had minimal rest I'd say no more than 30 secs on most some there was no rest.

Gonna get some sprints done today in the back yard!
 
Solid workout bean.

I did something today that you might want to try when doing ladder pushups. I don't have chains either, so I started off with stretch pushups (feet on 1' box while holding dumbbells for added depth/stretch) before working up the "ladder". I thought it was great for a little added intensity.
