Yeah my asthma blows. I have had it my whole life. When I was between 4 and 8 I lived on a damn nebulizer machine. Now I have one again. Anytime I feel my lungs having an issue I just dump in a dose and goto town lol.

Sorry to hear about your dog and that things are a bit on edge at the casa. Hopefully you will get a break in that area, and if not the only thing you can do is maintain your focus on your show while taking the time to emotionally spoil her while she is feeling incomplete right now. Wanting a baby and not having one is more than a desire for a woman who wants children. It is something they feel incomplete about until they have one or come to accept they can not. Either way nothing but being supportive and understanding is going to help in that situation, and that doesn't take much work as long as you remain conscious that you need to be doing it even while in "prep mode".
Hey Bean, I agree whole-heartedly with Kleen. I want to add though, that my wife and I suffered through a miscarriage a little over a year ago. It was devastating. She was about 12 weeks along. It took us quite some time after (7 months) to conceive again. She's carrying now and we're expecting in the beginning of June. You guys will get preggo when you're supposed to. Sometimes it just doesn't happen, and for a reason. Keep your head up bud, and keep practicing. She'll be knocked up when the time is right.

Damn bro def got your plate full! I can attest to having that issue lol. My wife and I our having our 3rd and last boy and it took us 4 yrs this time. We had a miscarriage last summer that hurt her a lot because it was something called ambriatic gestion! Anyway my doc had me on clomid and I be damn 6 weeks later she's preggers. Just remember bro that just like you and me need to rant she has to get it out too. Walk away and hit the gym or go walking. I go listen to music to calm me down. I always took my hyperT2 away from food, first thing in the morning and pre-workout. Given the ingredient profile, I feel like this would prove best. The Oxy ECA, I'm not real sure of.
Got up and did 30 mins stairs 400 cals and hit some calves after. Only got 3.5 hrs of sleep I'm dragging ass to say the least.

During my prep, I'd set my alarm about 30-45min before I was supposed to to wake up and pop my supplements real quick and crash back to bed. They'd kick in about the time I woke up and made some days easier to wake up (usually still brutal)
Just an idea, I did this when I was in school too. Back when waking up at 8am was nearly impossible lol

I'm getting exited to start shredding. A little under two weeks ill introduce the black Oxy eca and c20 then ill use hyper t2 for the last 45 days.
I'm unsure of the dosing for the Oxy and hyper t2 as I'm only going to dose one cap for each until I feel I need to do two. Hopefully Matty can chime in or others who have used these. The bottles don't say whether to dose away from food or not.
At about the same time ill come off my micro and any other pres that contain artificial sweeteners per the request of my coach. I'm very stim tolerant for example a normal day consists of me having my 2 scoops of micro then I proceed to drink coffee throughout the day on top of my min of 1.5 gal of water.

Bean the way i did it was i took my preworkout with ht2. Im the same as you preworkout shake i just would give the shake 20 minutes or so then take my pre and HT2 then about 4 rs later oxy black between meals. 2 caps of each was too much for me i started dropping weight like crazy so i did i oxyblack and 1-2 ht2 a day
