Bean, def proud of your progress man and it's inspiring. Vascularity in lower abs is phenomenal esp since you started as a fat man. Keep going man
Hell doesn't matter man, u know I was a fat ass too and I'm working on what your doing now. I know when i start seeing Lower ab vascularity I'm going to be ecstatic. Great job keep it up, that's a big accomplishment.
Baby steps right? Actually with us having a 4 year old it doesn't work right now, I also got her in there about ten years ago when I thought I was hot **** and pushed her so hard she got pissed and said shed never lift with me again I guess she never forgot that lol. She said if I did one of her Zumba classes shed start lifting with me. She's knows how good it is for her she's just stubborn. Aren't they all? Ill lover her no matter what!

Man it's hard but doable with sacrifices as I'm sure we all know. My daughter is 13 months, I work a steady scheduled but often have mandatory overtime, or am forced to stay late or come in. My wife gives me a sad face every time I walk out the door to the gym and it sucks when my daughter chases me to the door screaming "daddy" bc she hasn't seen me all day and I'm leaving to the gym. That's why I just try and keep with my schedule and force myself to go. But if the family needs me then I stay home and play my role.

Wow. I c. Someone who I definitely relate to. I'm not looking forward to this as well. I'm in same situation where I have to leave 7 days straight but I get 7 off the next. When I get a rig near my home I will work you and have 12 hour days and want to still train. It's a decision to go although they may want me to stay.

Random notes today,
Had to warm up my rice twice today using my defroster at high temp in my Kenworth I drive for work. Worked pretty well. Had to poke a new hole in my work belt to keep my work pants from falling off lol.
Diet today was as it has been strict and clean, feeling the energy from added carbs which came in the form of 74 g of oats (blended in my morning shake with a large banana ) :yum:
Followed by 3 one cup servings of brown basmati rice. Macros today I believe we're around 45/45/10.
The food pumps from the combo of Anabeta and SLINshot were money today.
Another note I have to give a huge thanks to a fellow bro on here for donating a bottle of SLINshot and some Prodigy. What an amazing forum this is. The support is huge and keeps me motivated to kill it each day. I will definitely pay this forward when I get the chance! Tomorrow will be more carbs and a killer arm session. Early am.

Huge difference bro. I'm still learning about nutrition in general and am comfortable with handling my off season stuff, but every time I work with him directly my results skyrocket. Plus I always second guess myself which is probably a lack of knowledge.
My coach has a coach he uses for when he competes. It's a must IMO just helps to leave the worrying and figuring up to someone else then I can focus on nothing but eating my meals and training.

Hope the little one gets better quick bro,go be a daddy and take care of the little man!Ill update later had a crazy fast intense workout had to cut it a bit short as I think my son has a bad ear infection and my texted me this, "your son wants his daddy only!" This never happens always wants mommy so I had to rush outta there. Only missed two sets of calf raises so no biggie. Legs are crushed lol. Luckily my father in law is a doc so we are headed over there for him to take a look and save us a trip to the doc in the box as I call them.
