I was up a little late playing Left For Dead 2 last night, bus still woke up refreshed. I tell ya, no matter how much sleep I get, the quality is awesome now. Today was Shoulders/Traps
I Am Legends: 4 sets of 12
Seated DB Press: 55x12, 65x8, 75x8, 80x6, 85x6
Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Incline Shoulder Press: 90x12, 180x10, 270x8, 360x6
Hammer Strength Lateral Raises: 60x12, 80x10, 110x8, 120s6
Reverse Pec Deck: 90x10, 110x8, 135x6, 135x6
Standing Hammer Strength Shrugs: 90x10, 180x10, 270x10, 360x8, 450x6
My left shoulder was giving me some problems this morning, so I decided to hit mostly Hammer Strength machines and take it easy this morning. Still had a very good workout thought. The Hammers really let me focus on isolating the muscle.
Still pretty sore from the previous few days workouts. I can’t imagine what I would be feeling like without HGHpro. I have been pushing myself harder than usual lately, and I really think that HGHpro is helping my body keep up with the up tempo.
Only 2 nights worth left in the bottle! The end is near! Hitting back and chest for the last two workouts seems like a good way to finish off the bottle.
