Do you have PH experience? Pretty harsh cycle if it your first time. Tren shuts you down pretty hard so be prepared.

Do you have a PCT lined up?

Oh wait, you are 6-2 and 280 lbs? What is your BF %? If you are above 12% I would say get your diet/cardio done and drop BF first.
 
Basically just strength, at my age it seems to be dwindling. high Protein diet not too concerned with BF (I have it and always will... I have a six pack but i Hide it in the Cooler! )
