Day 9 PCT
Again another cardio only workout.. Still trying to burn off more unwanted pounds, I stepped on the scale today and WOW I'm down another 2 lbs!! I'm now weighing in at 213 and only 8 pounds away from my target weight of 205. Monday back to throwning the weights around:)

Cardio:
Speed walk: 30mins/5.0 incline/speed 4.1/2 miles..
 
Nice Caz! The scale is continually headed in the right direction.
 
Day 10 PCT
Hit the gym for a what felt like a forever back workout LOL. Once again feeling really good and Alphamine had me dripping sweat by the end. Also PCT supps are really helping me to max out all this volume.. I'm hoping to hit my goal weight by the end of the year.

Abs:
Weighted crunches: 50x35x3
Standing Cable crunches: 70x35x3
Roman chair leg lifts: 20lbx25x3

Back:
DB Rows: 90x14, 95x14, 100x12, 110x10
Wide grib cable pull downs behind the head: 100x20, 110x16, 110x16
Close grip cable rows: 140x20, 160x16, 180x12
Rear Delts(standing cross cable): 40x16, 40x16, 50x12
Hammer strengh iso reverse grip pull downs: 160x16, 180x14, 200x12, 110x till fail
Procor laying t-bar row: 120x18,120x16,140x12
hyper extensions / 8 lb. ball: 3 sets till fail

Traps:
DB Shrugs: 85x20, 90x18, 90x16
BB upright rows: 70x16, 70x16, 80x12

Cardio:
18 Mins HIIT: I want to crease my cardio so I did 2 mins run with only 1 min walk
 
Final Review

As you guy's know I loved my run of Halo it will be sorely missed :(. I'm going to summarize the strong points of the product and list my findings over the last 6 weeks. I started for the first 2 weeks doing Halo at 2 pills per day per the recommeded dosing. I had purchased an additional bottle wanting to up the dose to 3 per day and run this 6 weeks which I'm glad I did. My goal for this cycle was recomp/fat lose and it did just that. My diet was in check, and I gained no weight throughout the 6 weeks. My waist thinned 2 inches and by week 4 friends were starting to notice a change!

Sides: I can honestly say I experienced no bad sides to speak of. When I upped the dose to 3 aggression was up but not anything bad. No gyno likes sides either and never felt shutdown throught the entire cycle. During week 3 I did experience some afternoon fatigue but I dosed ALCAR and it was gone..

Strenght: Part of my goal for this cycle was to focus on and increase 2 weak areas of my body legs and back. My lifts shot up in a major way! Bent over DB rows went from 85x10 for my last set up to 120X8!!! Leg press max jumped up over 100 lbs! I can't say enough about the strenght gains and my recovery was unreal!!

Rcomp/ weight lose: Again my goal was to lose fat, so my diet was very clean. The fat seemed to just melt away around my waistline. Now I've been dieting hard for the last 6-8 months so I know the additonal fat lose was from Halo since nothing else changed. I managed not to gain any weight and lose 2 inches off my waist and gain alot of strenght so you know I gained muscle mass.


Once again I would like to thank IML for giving me a chance to log this great PH. I think it would be a great first cycle or stack well with another compound for the experienced PH user. It's a very versitle compound and I feel with the right diet and training program you could achieve any goal you are looking for with halo. Ther is no doubt I'll be running this again in the future.

Awesome review and results man. You made some great gains. I better get my ass to work you are catching up quick on those dumbbell rows!
