Eh I did 14 wks test e with SD and winny and I'm g2g 110% now after 6 weeks

Glad to hear it. Buddy came off a 14wk test e as well with mast and decca instead. Longer than 6 wks out of pct and the boys are still gone and he says his rope is limp as a gimp. But always heard decca and tren can do that even if pct is spot on. Been encouraging him to get bloods to check prolactin but seems like some ppl insist on cycling in the dark.

Cardio: No lifting today but I jumped on my treadmill for a nice cardio session. I use to laugh at people speedwalking in my gym but let me tell you if you have not tried it do it!. If you focus on your core and get your arms and leggs going in a nice pace man you feel such a full body burn..

Treadmill: 32 mins speed walk / 2.25 miles / 5.5 incline / 475 Calories burned

Supp Notes: So I'm offically 2 week in on DMZ, so here is and update on some sides.. The first week I notice some night sweats and increase in aggression. High lights-

Squats- 300x3 for two sets! Straight beastly lol
Leg press- 380x15
Seated leg curl-150x12

Obviously i hit quite a few sets not a single set just for the exercises. I did wear a belt while squating this time.. wish i would have got a stinkin video of them! Wednesday is my last day of sd, and ill load my first five days with 120mg then drop to 60mg for the next four weeks.

Although i could have put on the weight without the superdrol (6-7lbs) in the four weeks ive been on, the strength has went through the roof. Now, before anyone starts bumpin their gums about how i shouldnt have even cycled, know that i ate a surplus anywhere between +300-500 cals. So, close to 3100 cals. Ive laid my diet out for all to see as well.

Sd @20mg = strength gains/minimal weight gain
Sd @30mg = strength gains/maximum weight gain 12-15lbs +/- a few lbs.

Anyways, i cant wait to come off. Put the test powder, powerfull to the test! Also, 50mg mk 677 first thing in the am.

Dude This is hysterical. I had booty call Eliane growing up we would go out to the bars together and help each other try to pick up. At the end of the night if we were unlucky we took each other home priceless

Legs: Man guys my legs were swollen last night!! For the first time ever I have definition in my legs!!! Set 2 PR's tonight and I'm super pumped about the leg press. Question guys: What kind of shoes do u wear for heavy leg work?? I wear a running shoe to the gym and they are not working well for the increased lifts. So last night I took off my sneakers and used socks only. I have to say that I really liked it I think that was what helped me set that PR..

Abs:
Weighted decline crunches: 4 sets x 35
Standing cable crunches: 80x35, 90x30, 90x30
Standing cable twists: 60x20x3
Flat bench leg raisers: 35x 3 sets

Legs:

If you're squatting a flat sturdy sole works best for most; you see a lot of powerlifters training in chuck taylors. Can't be stronger than just socks for deadlift. Everything else I'd say whatever works for you. I just use puma running shoes for everyhting at the gym cuz I like the black and orange and that's how I role!

Just socks for me when doing anything involving full body i.e. squats, reads, bent rows, goodmornings

Had an excellent back workout today. I had an odd number of pills so ive actually been taking 30mg sd since yestarday. So, the 11th, 12th and tomorrow will be 30mg sd. Thursday morning will actually be the day my post cycle therapy starts.

Damn that's a crazy back workout indeed, gonna start adding face pulls now and props on that meal; the Irish in me is proud to see any kinda potato dish hahah. I won't lie I laughed when I read I'm tired of eating food, cause I fckin feel ya on that man; I used to hit 6-7 meals a day and now I can't do that at all, not close and looking at food sometimes just makes me full. Years back, there's a dude I knew at a *** who asked me if it would be alright to drink only protein shakes with a buncha ish in it, rather eating more than once a day; I laughed so hard and never went back to one of those places again.
