Went and hit legs tonight.. didnt go to well. On the third set of front squats my right knee started hurting. Thats the knee i had ACL/MCL and miniscus surgery on. So i had no order of exercises tonight.. but i did stick to my hypertrophy work.
Front squats (90 sec rest)
Barx12 115x12 135x12 155x10 (knee pain)
Leg press (90 sec rest)
200x15 290x18x4
Glute bridges (60 sec rest)
115x12x4
Leg ext (60 sec rest)
70x12x4
Lying leg curl
30x12x4
Did some ab work as well.
Ill post my diet up for today in a little bit..
